Great customer service
I ordered what I thought was a peat free compost but on receipt I saw that it wasn't quite what I had ordered (although it was the same brand). I raised this with the company by email and Karl responded very quickly and courteously - offering me a refund or a replacement product (turned out it was an issue with a webpage having the wrong information which they have amended). I opted for a replacement and received it within a couple of days. I really can't fault their customer service and on this basis I would happily buy from this company again. Prices were the best for the products too.

Pine nuggets - chips and mulch instead.
Not really great product - bought pine nuggets bag and on packing and pictures all looked amazing, yet the reality was quite bad. Almost whole bag contains chips and mulch rather than solid nice pine nuggets. Not impressed at all.
Edit: Great Cutomer Service - I must add this. Product listed above not great, but issue resolved fast. Thanks!

Respuesta de House, Home and Garden
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are extremely sorry to hear about the quality of the bark nuggets you received. We have forwarded on the photo that you emailed us to the manufacturer and have dispatched a bag of Melcourt Bark Nuggets (which are larger) free-of-charge. I do hope that this compensates for the inconvenience of your original order.
Kindest regards,
Karl.
Very impressive
I'm very impressed with this company. When I reported a damaged delivery they were on the case in a flash and have bought it to a very satisfactory resolution.
