I am sharing my experience because I believe anyone considering this clinic for leg vein laser treatment should be aware of what happened to me.

I had my first laser treatment for visible veins on my legs on 26 May 2026. I paid £250 per session. Approximately four weeks later, around 23 June 2026, I returned for my second treatment and paid another £250, bringing the total I paid to £500 for two sessions.

Unfortunately, rather than being happy with the appearance of my legs after the treatments, I have been left extremely concerned about the dark purple/brown marks and visible discolouration along the areas that were treated.

It has now been approximately three months since my first treatment and around eight weeks since my second treatment, and the appearance of the treated areas is still very concerning to me. I have attached photographs so that people can see the current condition for themselves.

I understand that bruising and temporary discolouration can occur after laser treatment, and I am not claiming to make a medical diagnosis about what has happened. However, I believe that after paying £500 for treatment, it is reasonable to be deeply disappointed and concerned when my legs currently look worse to me than they did before the treatment.

I am posting this review because I wish I had been able to see an experience like mine, including photographs, before deciding to proceed. Anyone considering this type of treatment should ask very clearly about the risks of prolonged pigmentation, bruising or discolouration, what aftercare and follow-up will be provided if complications occur, and what the clinic will do if the cosmetic result is worse than expected.

These photographs show the appearance of my leg following the two treatments. I am sharing them so that other potential patients can make their own informed decision.

Based on my experience so far, I would not undergo another laser session without first obtaining an independent medical assessment

Went for a simple mole removal (nose) in 2025. Procedure was very quick and relatively painless. I was told after healing the mole would be gone completely. However after healing the mole is exactly the same.
Had some issues with payment as card machine wasnt working so was told I need to leave my phone and go to a cashpoint.
The Dr seemed like a nice guy but not a great experience.

I absolutely love coming here for microneedling, it's a game changer and Donna is really experienced and honest in what she does. Its nice to have a clinic I know I can trust and will be in safe hands!

I have been having my facials with Donna for almost 2 years now- she’s the best!
I am 32 so aware I have to start to preserve my skin as I have been abusing it in my 20s! I have had a course of Delux hydrafacials (1x every month), along with microneedling and my personal fave - Acufirm😍 Acupuncture is amazing for stress relief and for smoothing out the lines in your skin! I always leave feeling like I am walking on a cloud, it is so therapeutic and Donna genuinely has magic hands lol! I genuinely believe there is no one better than Dr Ash. I am terrified of needles, always have been and for years I put my trust in different aesthetics practitioners hoping someone could finally give me the look I dreamed of. Time and time again, I left disappointed. Most practitioners today seem to inject according to their own preferences, often ignoring what the patient actually wants or needs, but not Dr Ash. Professional staff and appointment was on time. I have been attending for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I visited Ash for a consultation about an unsightly large growth on the side of my head. Not only did he identify it immediately as a papilloma, something my GP or the NHS nurse I saw about it couldn't do, but he offered the complete removal of it immediately, again something the NHS wouldn't do as it "wasn't causing me any harm". I felt at complete ease during the operation and a month later nearly all trace of the scar is gone.
Everyone at AL Aesthetics is extremely warm and friendly, Sasha offered me a cup of tea while waiting in reception during two of my visits. I can't think of a single negative part of my visits, I'd highly recommend going to see Ash Labib if you have a skin growth or anything cosmetic that's affecting your self-esteem. I was skeptical initially about the pain after cyst removal. But they made sure there is no pain. They treated well and it was smooth. I would recommend it.

Dr Ash Labib and Nadia were absolutely incredible. After years of researching whether to have rhinoplasty or non surgical rhinoplasty I found Dr Labib and instantly felt comfortable that he was highly skilled and had done this procedure thousands of times and his previous experience of actual rhinoplasty surgery. Nadia was so helpful, kind and caring they make the best team and then let’s talk about the results. I am still shocked (only had the non surgical rhinoplasty rested at), the results were instant, my nose now looks exactly how I want it to look. Dr Labib was kind and measured in his approach which was reassuring. He explained things well and answered questions in detail.

I went for a cyst removal, one that was reoccurring, causing pain, fever and all kinds of symptoms. After a phone consultation, I was offered an immediate appointment the following day. Overall it was a great clinic and service, Dr Labib is a top surgeon, he is quick, efficient, friendly and reassuring. The premises were clean and sterile. I would recommend anyone for minor surgery.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience genuinely deserves one.

From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I felt completely at ease. Dr Ash Labib is not only incredibly skilled, he’s calm, honest and genuinely cares about getting the best result for you. He doesn’t try to upsell or push treatments you don’t need – no pressure, no ego, just expertise and integrity. You can really feel that his reputation is built on trust and real results, not selling mega ml packages to make money out of people. That kind of honesty is rare in this industry.

A special thank you to his lovely assistant Nadia as well – she’s warm, professional, and makes the whole process smooth and relaxed. You can tell she’s got everything under control behind the scenes and really cares about patients too. Such a brilliant team.

The whole clinic has such a calm, discreet feel and every single staff member I met was welcoming and kind. I walked away not only happy with my results, but genuinely grateful. I trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m very upset at the moment as when I called to enquire Donna quoted me £350 for the migraine Botox treatment to which I thought was reasonable as other places I looked into were more so i thought it would be worth driving into London, only to when it comes to to pay for the treatment it’s suddenly £450, and as I am the one who booked it my partner didn’t want to ask why it was more then originally quoted as she doesn’t like any drama and too timid to speak up for her self so she just paid it! This is unacceptable! Especially as I have emails confirming the price and my phone is set to record all conversations to which I’m happy to provide evidence for both! This is unacceptable to take advances like this when a person is obviously desperate to reduce the pain they are having! I especially when it’s only a 50% succes rate of it working! Which again was not told this information over the phone!

I have sent an email to Donna asking why you guys decided to add £100 extra then originally quoted!

Dr Ash is a very talented, experienced clinician and did an excellent job in removing my cyst recently. He explained everything in detail, prior to the procedure to make me feel at ease.
