I really hope no one here has to ever contact their customer service. I ordered an item, took over 3 months to get to me, and all I got was a generic reply with a 10% off coupon. No actual info on package whereabouts or a real tracking number or anything was even attempted. They said my order size and weight is what is slowing my order down, but like a got 1 single less than 1 kg kalimba. They said 1 more week tops. Another month passed, sent another email, ignored. Another month, sent another email. asked for a refund, ignored. Item finally came, they sent me the wrong one. Livid, I was ghosted after getting the first generic email response. I value communication in a company, and I understand problems happen as a small business owner myself, but communication is extremely important. Perhaps if there was a packing slip or someone had actually went to look for my package that was not yet shipped, none of this would have happened. I thought I was scammed as it was the first time ever ordering from here. Just no. Absolute fail. I don't ask for much, I just value communication and work ethic- this brand has neither.

It was quite an experience. When I first tried it the bot would quickly drop to the ground but after a few more attempts I have got it going round I am now going to use it every day and hopefully I will be able to use it as a hula-hoop. I think it is a brilliant piece of exercise item. Glad I bought it. xxxxx

I'm so disappointed in the hula hoop. It's too small & too light. I thought description had that the hula hoop was heavy.

Anyhow, it's just sitting in my house taking up space. Hopefully, I can find a store where I can try the hula hoop first before purchasing. #disappointed

I ordered a steel tongue drum for my daughters birthday. It came much sooner than expected and is beautiful and complete.
Can’t wait to give it to her.

This product is supposed to be weighted and foam padded on the inside. And its honestly just a light weight hunk of plastic. Its the biggest pain in the butt to try and connect the last piece. A can of soda probably weighs more than this, and the "foam padding" is just indents on the inside of the product. Dont waste your money.
