So after emailing this company for the seventh time I am still being ignored. Having been accused of leaving fake reviews I then emailed the company using the new email address that they have provided me. I have supplied this company with my personal details that were used to place the order but they have made no contact regarding the faulty product. This is a awful company with awful service and quite clearly awful products as when things go wrong they simply ignore you.

Upset Customer
I bought a chain from you for my husband's Christmas and after 3 months the links on the chain are breaking. I have emailed, messaged on Facebook, tried to find a phone number to call but could not find one. I feel as I have been let down as the customer service is shocking.

High price for low quality - bit of a con
Bought a £50 cross pendant but got a £5 cheap Alibaba/Temu quality cross pendant. They price things as though they are a premium product but that’s a con.
