Placed an order that never arrived. Received no confirmation email and contact access my account to tract it. Reporting this as a suspected fraudulent operation.

Honestly worst experience ever with this company. Bought my item literally 1 month and a half ago no updates no tracking. They say item takes 4 weeks which is understandable but this is taking the absolute liberaties. Other companys are faster in production and delivery. Would not recommend buying from this company.

Awful!!! If I could give zero I would!!! I paid £10 extra for next day delivery a week ago & I’ve still received nothing!! Right now it looks like I’ve been scammed out of £60!!

When you placed your order, the names you'd like engraved on the cufflinks weren't included, which unfortunately meant we couldn't begin production. We've reached out to ask for these details so we can get started straight away.
As your order is for custom-made cufflinks, production takes around 2–4 weeks. We've also refunded the next day delivery charge, as this service wasn't applicable for a personalised item.
We're sorry that this experience led you to leave a 1-star review. We're committed to putting things right and will prioritise your order as soon as we receive the engraving details from you.

Delivery time
Company advertised "guaranteed next day delivery" for £10, of which is paid. Was then told it would be two weeks. Pointless

Hey Joe, your shipping fee was refunded immediately. We do advertise custom cufflinks can take between 2-4 weeks to produce. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Delivery still not come now birthday has passed by
waiting 14 days for a order, still not come after paying for next day delivery, also emailed then got a reply back saying it will be here in between 7-10 days still no delivery, i’ve emailed again to see what’s happening now no reply.

Hey Lewis, I’m sorry about this experience. However we did upgrade your order to a Moissanite ring at no extra cost. This saved you £30. You was happy about this. There has been a slight delay but your item will be with you in the coming days as it’s out for delivery. I’m sure you will love the ring.
Don’t bother ordering
No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

There has been no contact from this…
There has been no contact from this company, I have requested a refund and not heard anything. This needs fixing.
The product is not up to standard.
They have been in touch since but only after leaving this review.
After this the customer service has been a lot better. Still an issue that needs fixing.
