Excellent customer service from the the…
Excellent customer service from the the travel agent Zeeshan on behalf of Al Khair travel . He explained all the packages available in regards to Umrah in a very simple and clear way . He is very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my queries. He also offered me information that would assist me during my Umrah trip for example the train services , taxis and what to expect during my travels. In a nut shell excellent customer service , will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Although I didn’t end up booking the tickets,but the service I received was amazing. The travel agent ayesha khan was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the process. She. provided great advice and took the time to understand my needs. Communication was quick and professional at all times. Miss Ayesha Khan
Alkhair managed my whole Umrah transport and hotels. Miss Ayesha Khan helped in organizing the whole trip smoothly. Little disappointed with the last minute change in hotel in Medina but she managed it swiftly and arranged an alternate accommodation with breakfast included to compensate.

This was mine and my family’s first time traveling to Saudia Arabia and we booked through Al Khair Travel, from the start to finish they did a fantastic job.
Especially Zeeshan he kept in touch and made sure our journey was going great at the other side, my kids loved this trip also they have learnt and seen so much.
We will definitely be coming back to book our next umrah or hajj trip with this travel agent.

We had an outstanding experience with Al Khair Travel Agency, and I want to give special recognition to Agent Nimra. She made our entire Umrah journey stress-free from start to finish.
Our original flights had to be cancelled due to the war and closed airspaces, which was really stressful. But Nimra was amazing — she acted fast, found new flights, and rebooked new flights for us with zero hassle. She also handled all our hotel arrangements perfectly, making sure we were comfortable and close to the Haram.
On top of that, she organised our ziyarahs so we didn’t have to worry about planning. Every detail was taken care of. What really stood out was that she even checked up on us while we were there to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed.
Throughout the whole process Nimra was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely caring. Thanks to her, we had no issues at all and could focus completely on our Umrah.
If you’re booking Umrah, ask for Nimra. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Al Khair again and will be recommending her to all our family and friends.
