We used Alkhair for our family Umrah trip. 10 of us. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The customer does have to have some kind of pre knowledge of Mecca and Medina to avoid any misunderstanding and confusion and keep in touch with travel agent as they do have many customers. Keep on top of the communication. There are some things which travel agent has sorted from their end but have to see that in Mecca the staff deliver what was actually booked. I cannot fault Brother Umair and Alkhair , had a wonderful trip,no stress with visas and transfers, also given an upgrade on medina hotel. Check in Mecca first night was stressful due to some confusion with hotel reception staff, had first time travellers who were also happy with the trip

I not so long ago had the opportunity to perform umrah with my husband. I contacted Al Khair travel agents and got in touch with brother Zeeshan. I gave him my travel dates, my preferred hotels in Makkah and Madinah and my budget.
I am glad to say that everything was arranged amicably along with all the ground transfers to and from airports.
Brother Zeeshan was very thoughtful, kind and helpful throughout the whole process.
Overall my experience was very satisfying and I highly recommend Al Khair travel agents to everyone travelling to perform umrah.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Hadi at Alkhair Travel.
During a time of uncertainty, with conflict happening close by, I was extremely worried about going ahead with my Umrah. Hadi was there every step of the way — always available, constantly updating me about flight changes, and making sure I felt reassured throughout.
He showed incredible patience, especially during stressful moments when I made multiple calls. Not once did he make me feel like a burden. Instead, he treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care.
I spoke to other staff members, but no one came close to Hadi’s level of dedication. He truly went above and beyond — someone I even came to call my little brother, and he truly honoured that.
Because of him, my first Umrah journey was able to go ahead smoothly, and I will always be thankful for that.

I am leaving this honest review about Al-Khair Travel. Anyone who would like proof is welcome to contact me, as I have full documentation and I am currently taking legal action.
If you are considering booking Umrah or Hajj, avoid Al-Khair Travel at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing short of terrible. The individuals I dealt with — Zeeshan and Ahmed — were quick to take a large deposit but completely failed to be transparent, only mentioning that it was non-refundable after the payment had already been made.
Once they had my money, the service became shocking. Communication dropped significantly, and I was left constantly chasing them for the most basic arrangements like hotel bookings, visas, and transport. It felt like there was no organisation or accountability at all.
In my experience, they were highly unprofessional and completely unreliable. I paid for an Umrah package well in advance, yet they failed to even properly secure accommodation. When flights were cancelled due to the current war situation, despite informing them early, they made zero effort to help, offer alternatives, or provide any reasonable solution. Their response was simply that there was nothing they could do.
What makes this even worse is that others who booked through different agencies were supported properly — receiving refunds or alternative dates — while Al-Khair Travel refused to take any responsibility.
Based on my experience, I genuinely believe this company takes advantage of customers, especially for something as important as Umrah and Hajj. This has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and I would strongly warn others not to make the same mistake. Save your money, avoid the stress, and book with a trustworthy and professional agency instead.
