First and foremost, professor Fox and all the staff were excellent. They were professional yet personable and explained the prognosis and diagnosis in a clear way.

It was an appointment for my four year old son and they put him at ease despite the unfamiliar surroundings and test.

The only factor holding back a 5 star review is the premises. Whilst perfectly clean and tidy, the building (Centennial Medical Centre, Elstree) is a bit tired and the waiting area was too small to comfortably accommodate everyone awaiting results so we had to sit in a side room and later the landing area outside.

Incredibly helpful and great with kids. Easy to contact if have questions or need advice after the appointment.

Dr A Fox and his team were very friendly and they are patienly explain to me what they have to the next step.

Dr Fox listened to the history of my children, carried out skin tests with the nurse and advised on further treatment and has given me so much support that we are now able to start the milk ladder under his supervision. Very thorough, lots of time and attention given and great talking with the children too to make them a part of this journey. Dr Fox is a leader in his field. Highly recommend. Seen straight away. High standards throughout.

We are in the process of working through OIT for egg. As always, Dr Mass is very positive and friendly, making me and my little boy feel less anxious! The process of OIT has worked well for us so far, and is life changing in the sense that we are much less worried about a severe reaction (especially coming up to starting school). FYI we have already got to 250ml for milk on the desensitisation programme! Very positive experience.

I first discovered Professor Fox through his wonderful reviews on facebook. Ever since our first visit to the clinic for my daughter, we havent looked back. Professor Fox is just a wonderful doctor who we trust 100% and is so caring and informative. He replies to our emails almost immediately and i wouldnt trust anyone else with my daughters allergy care unless it was someone from the allergy london team. Dealing with allergies is life changing and challenging but the team at allergy london make living with allergies much much easier. I cant recommend the clinic enough.
