I didn't book yet. But how come, that some didn't want to give 1 star at all because of bad experiencees and the next are super happy. Strange feeling....

Har tidigare hyrt av denna firma och det har fungerat bra.
Men nu måste det har hänt något då de varken svarar i telefon eller WhatsUp.
Bilen vi hyrde stinker bensin, lös växelknopp, rutan på passagerarsidan går inte ner, ett halvljus ur funktion och vid kall motor hoppar och skuttar den.
Depositionen kom som en dålig överraskning då de inte haft det förut.
Så att försöka få bilen utbytt, som jag begärt i WhatsUp verkar hopplöst. Tur att det är gratis att parkera.

As other reviewers, was supposed to have been all inclusive paid in advance but they took another 100 euros after I had collected car, when queried said blocked in card for fuel and would be returned but was debited and 10 days after returning car did not repay until I got credit card company involved.
I could have bought the car for less than hire cost. 10 year old nissan note with 125,000km in clock! This was supposed to be 3 groups up from cheapest car available! Dent in every panel, glovebox tie wrapped shut, brakelight taped over, slow puncture, no spare, no compressor, had to go to garage to blow up every few days. Refused to change car unless I drive back to Málaga airport on a day specified by them (2 hours away). When I told them about slow puncture they stopped answering my messages and would not answer phone either! Car had no power, clutch slipping when cold, spring and exhaust banging whenever luggage in boot, no parcel shelf so bags on display. Avoid at all costs! Worst car I've hired in 20 + years of renting at Málaga airport.

Their website says full insurance, no extra fees and no deposits. But when we get a car, the manager told us, that we need to pay 100 Eur deposit in case of penalties (Police), and after we will return the car will get it back. But it's almost passed more than 1,5 month, and we didn't get the refund. Managers don't respond to our calls and messages on WhatsApp. We send them few requests from their website, still no respond. So if you are going to rent a car from them, you should know, that the price will +100 Eur from shown on website.

Ant about the car we get, it's was damaged in many places, it was old car and barely reached 80 km/h, and if we where going up, the max speed was 35 km/h.

So we don't recommend this car hire company

Firstly car was 12 years old [checked the Spanish registration] it had 250,000 on the clock paintwork was pealing off interior was tatty with the odd thing missing was just glad we were not going any great distance. also took 150 euro bond said it was incase of fines which took several request for refund finally got it about 6 weeks after our return. Would never use again if they were the last rental company in Malaga

made a reservation, found out I gave the wrong expire date for my card. contacted the company, they told us they would change and all is good. when picking up the car, they say that my card is not accepted and therefore no payment(due to wrong expire day. and on top of that, an extra charge of 50 euros that the rep. couldn't explain
several messages sent to the company with no reply
what a poor company, they don't deserve anybody' s business with that attitude
