I felt a bit misled about delivery time…
I felt a bit misled about delivery time being not as soon as advertised however didn't take too much longer. Swim socks have no grip although they are advertised as that because they do have rubber circles on the sole but these are far too small. Nevertheless for the price and appearance they look great and use them for the main purpose which was to cover my feet in the swimming baths.

In relation to the delivery timelines. As advertised it is in 90% of the time within 2-3 working days.
The fact your order was dispatched during Black Friday weekend is most likely the cause for the slightly longer timeline on delivery. The couriers all over the world deal with a huge increase in volumes that week which inevitably and unfortunately can cause some delays. We do communicate this also to our customers. So apologies it took a little longer than expected. Your order left here less than 15 hours after you placed it.

We are a small family run Irish business here who pride ourselves in running an efficient and very customer orientated business (as you will see from 95% of our reviews) and we take all your reviews very strongly. We are always very disappointed to receive 1 star reviews as these are very important to a small business which we are. We do however feel that this is slightly unwarranted in this case as we delivered on our promise and well within the time frame specified on the website. We dispatched your order on the 7th working day and it did not even reach the 8th working day which we advertise as the minimum time on the website.
Apologies if you guys missed this but it is stated in 3 different places on the website as per screenshot that i emailed to you of the item you ordered and its under the price and its also clearly stated after your order is completed on the website and then it is also in the terms and conditions but i appreciate we dont all read these. So we did do as we promise and we do not try to hide this from any of our customers as to do so would not be a true reflection of the delivery process for the Teamwear items.

We had a very unfortunate situation where your parcel got mislaid and we only found this out 9 days after we had initially sent you the original package.
We took steps immediately to resolve this and we sent out another parcel within 48 hours to you. So yes it seems a long time for you and we understand this but we knew nothing until the 9th day after we had sent the original package.
So sincere apologies about this and for any inconvenience caused by this.
