Firstly thank you very much for your order with us. Its of course very much appreciated.
As explained on the call the unfortunate situation that we encountered in some area's due to our courier partner losing 40 drivers in the month of December in the lead up to Christmas. This was news we only got wind of in the New Year. We had to change to GLS in the midst of the Fastway company going into administration and we were left with little option at the time unfortunately. We are in the middle of reviewing this based on they're performance pre Christmas.
This of course led to huge issues in some delivery area's that we had no control over and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
I know the team have been in touch and you have received your order which im very happy about
All we can do is apologize but this was of course totally beyond our control.
We are a small family run business who pride ourselves in giving great customer service and have been doing our best here to sort all these issues out but due to large volumes of both orders and unfortunately issues with GLS its been difficult to get back to everyone and sort these issues out as efficiently as we normally would. So i appreciate your understanding on this matter.

I ordered a hurley for my daughter for Christmas but unfortunately the courier delivered it to the wrong house(no fault of Allsportstore). I contacted them on the Monday and I spoke with Stephanie and Gary k. They went above and beyond to make sure there was a replacement sent asap. Could not recommend them enough and will buy again. We as did many of other retailers encounter some delivery issues over the Christmas period which was purely down to the huge volume of orders that the courier's were dealing with.
Unfortunately your order was one that got misplaced by them but as soon as we knew this we did try to get this resolved as efficiently as we could which does include waiting on the courier to do all relevant checks.
Once this was all figured out we efficiently sent you a replacement which we now know is delivered.

Excellent quality products
The gear bags that I bought are superb quality. Back up from the company. The only downside was delivery time. Both orders were dispatched on the same day. One arrived 15 Dec and the second late on Christmas Eve. But both arrived.
Would have to compliment Shaun for immediate and helpful responses to my frantic emails.

My order didn't arrive
My order didn't arrive. I ordered on the 5th December and as its a local order should have taken a few days. I have contacted the company a few times and they tell me the carrier said it will be delivered and will update their system (I have been stalking the carriers system and the update on the carriers tracking system has not updated since 9th December so it is obviously lost), there would have been plenty of time to re send this item (its not a large item) when I mentioned it first but I was fobbed off with it will be there, its a carrier issue, these things happen before Christmas - I ordered this first Friday in December and have received items from further afield that I ordered after this, now on the 22nd December I am still waiting. I am very upset as this was supposed to be a Santa gift and my daughter will not receive it now.
