I am extremely pleased with the engraved glass I bought for my friend's 70th birthday and it arrived in double quick time, however, can I just advise that you cover the brown packing box with an outer plastic bag. Mine must have been caught in the downpour we had on Wednesday and the box was absolutely ruined with the rain. The box fell apart and had soaked through to the inner gift box.

Produce was great and arrived within 48hrs. A gift and sure it will be well received. Only issue, did not get confirmatory email of purchase or notification of delivery, both of which should be standard these days

I cannot fault the seller of this item as although I did experience a slight problem with the engraving on the glass. I was sent a replacement glass the following day free of charge, which I am very happy with. Excellent customer services, thank you. One happy recipient.
