Recently purchased few perfumes from…
Recently purchased few perfumes from this store online. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of all the perfumes. One of the perfumes is bade al ood, which is one of the best lattafa perfumes & It doesn't even last 10 mins. I don't know if they are selling third quality perfumes or what 😒

Thought we should clarify this here too for any other potential customers - we're an authorised distributor of many perfume brands including Lattafa, so there should never be any worry about selling fake or low quality perfumes. We did also bring it up with the manufacturer. Complaints like this are very rare, jazakallah

keffiyeh scarf
I have been refunded. Delivery was quick but the keffiyeh scarf was really bad quality and it didn’t even look close to looking like the Palestine scarf and it had so much threads coming from out of the scarfs and the patterns on the scarves were unclear. Thank you for the refund.

Due to high demand, the high quality scarf is out of stock everywhere, so we had to source it from an alternative supplier in China. Therefore, this is the only scarf we have at the moment. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Disappointing
I paid for next day delivery and still got it three days toooo late and it was the wrong item. Then re ordered to get the item again once again it tooo two days rather than next day delivery. Im

Excellent customer service.
The staff are very helpful and patient.
I emailed them to enquire about the stock for a particular item.
I felt that the staff member did all they could to assist me and deal with my query in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
Their prices are reasonable and they have a good variety of products online.
The website is easy to navigate and checkout is easy and secure.
Almanaar also email frequent discounts and promotional offers which definitely encourages me to shop more often with them.
