Had a problem with an item I ordered being out of stock, but this was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Delivery is fast. one item I ordered had leaked, so if there was a bit more care with packaging, I would give it 5 stars

I'm still waiting for the almanaar Islamic store to find my package that they sent me via royal mail, who gave me an email saying they sent me the package but I haven't received anything. and Almanaar is very difficult to respond to emails, they replied after 6 days and told me to wait, I hope they solves it quickly

I am happy with this product. Nice taste and reasonable price. I have received my order very quickly.

I came upon this wonderful experience by looking for something to make the house smell nice ,When I opened the beautiful packaging to an even more beautiful Bottle,
The smell was glorious and have sent it to many family and friends,It was too good to spray around the house but I smell gorgeous !! thank you,!!!

Their customer service is so incredibly awful. They send perfumes that aren’t sealed so I was sent a used one as the liquid level was significantly lower than another two bottles I had. It took well over a week and countless emails and “live chat” messages until finally
I got an email for a refund notification. Would never buy from them again.

Tried contacting them multiple times but they just read my messages and never responded. The promotions only work if you buy multiple of the same item, so you can't mix and match. I waw promised 10% off on my first order and when I contacted them about, I never got a response. Customer service is abismal

As regards the store, I use Almanaar Islamic Store regularly to purchase fragrances. I am always nervous about purchasing from new store but from day 1, I have always found their service reliable and prompt.
As regards my latest purchase Al Qiam Silver, I find this a very nice and compliment getting fragrance. I also have Vie Ciel but on my skin, Al Qiam seems to last longer and project better.
