Had no internet at all
Had no internet at all. Spoke to Alncom who came in 30mins after speaking to them. They assessed the requirements, back to put a small duct in the back to install. All over approximately two days.
Several different people involved. All very professional.

Amazing service on a bank holiday weekend
We’ve been with Alncom since November for our holiday house. We had amazing service today when the wifi connection to the tv was lost and an engineer came out and fixed the problem within hours on a bank holiday weekend. Our guests, celebrating an 80th birthday at the house, were delighted. We’d never have got that service with our previous nationwide provider.

Very personal company with excellent staff in the office and efficient, polite and competent engineers and technical teams. We now have our terrible, slow, intermittent Wifi replaced by super super fast broadband for less than we were paying before!

Outstanding service throughout.
I phoned Alncom after my broadband failed and was dealt with very quickly by their friendly helpline staff. Within 30 minutes an engineer was at my door and investigating, quickly finding the fault was outside my property. As this was going to take a little while to trace and fix, I was offered a backup solution to tide me over, although I was happy without this, it was nice to know it was available. 24 hours later, the fault was traced and fixed. Outstanding service by friendly staff who are proud of what they do and don't treat you like a technological idiot!

Just doing what they say they will.
Been speaking to Alncom since October '25 about getting a connection as our broadband was so poor and they indicated they could get us connected in Spring/Summer 26.
Contacted them in Jan '26 for an update and they said it would be March '26. Sure enough the first working day in March they were installing the lines to our property which is quite a distance and we were connected by 16th March.
They just did what they said they would and were very helpful along the way. Every interaction I have had with anyone in the company has been positive one. They always reply. Excellent service.
