After spending 1 hour at centrecom where I purchased it going around in circles with the tech algorithm there, I gave up and just called the manufacturer instead and resolved with 2 emails. Battery arrived faulty - Alogic requested multiple videos showing the battery losing charge and getting hot (how am I supposed to show that in a video???) Then when the battery was sent back, I have been waiting almost two months to receive the replacement. When asked for an update, Alogic continue to tell me it will "arrive as soon as possible". Awful experience, don't recommend. Go to Anker instead - Great products and quick delivery.

I purchased an Elite laptop stand after reading many online reviews. Whilst it's expensive, I am confident won't move, wobble or wear out. The hinges are very stiff, but that's an acceptable trade-off for sturdiness.
The staff were very helpful with a delivery glitch as well.

This is without a doubt the best quality monitor I have used - I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an ultra-sharp crisp monitor. It's well built and solid and most importantly the picture quality is extremely pleasant - I love the clarity of colours and most importantly how modern the monitor looks. I purchased as a secondary monitor to my Apple Studio monitor, the colours are so good the Apple Studio display is now my secondary monitor.

Highly recommend - there aren't many that compete with it in its price bracket.

I ordered a clarity pro touch 27''. Two weeks no news, nothing, awkward. After a second reminder sales support responded that there are delivery issues with the 27'' so proposed to change this for a 32''. That was on Monday and on Wednesday the monitor was delivered. And sales support was very informative during the proces. After a slow start an excellent recovery. Thanks al lot to sales support of Alogic

The worst company ever! I purchased a 40" screen on 24 January; nothing during the ordering process tells you this is on back order! I emailed 14 days later and was told it was, in fact, on pre-order and that I should see it at the end of the third week of February. Today is 9 March, and I still have no screen, nor have I had any communication from A Logic!!! Very poor indeed

I purchased one of their 27" Clarity monitors, and overall, I'm quite disappointed. The colors are way off, and while calibration is possible, the settings are much more limited compared to other monitors. However, the biggest issue is how long it takes to connect to my computer. It usually takes around two minutes, but sometimes it can take as long as five or six minutes before it turns on. Contacting their support was no help—they simply don’t respond. I definitely regret buying this monitor and not saving up for the Apple Studio Display instead.

Great product, great customer service!

I purchased the Matrix+ power bank and car mount. The product is unique in that it allows you to charge your phone completely wirelessly in your car. I charge the power bank in my house - so there are no wires at all in the car. However you do have the option to charge the power bank (and therefore your phone) from the car's 12v socket if needed.

The product itself is of the highest quality. This is a premium product.

I also sent a query to Alogic before my purchase, and the Alogic team were very responsive and helpful.
