Poor Tech Support

They offered a partial refund of 10% which I was surprised and received within 24 hours. My unit is not compatible with their new app which is disappointing. Getting to this point was annoying. I changed to 3-stars almost was going to give 4.
I purchase a commercial grade dehumidifier from this company. Setting it up was a bit clunky with the App. I purchase back in 2022. Recently my app stop working and their tech support is horrendous. Fortunately, I did not need a warranty repair thank God.
My App just stopped working after 4 years. On the sign in screen, it has INACTIVE ACCOUNT. So, I was able to find a contact email address on their website and the fun and games begun.
Before they would help me, I already registered online for the warranty. I had to supply my Order Number from 4 years ago, Date of Purchase, Picture of Product Plate on the unit, Serial Number, Picture of the Error Code, Model Number, Iphone MAC address (which I never knew there was one) and Iphone IOS. I am not joking just for the App not working. I got the feeling they were stone walling me.
I purchased this unit because of the remote management capability the unit is hard to get to where I have it. I wouldn't purchase from this company again not that it matters they are from China which creates a whole other issue with tech support.
The unit itself only had one issue with the pump since I purchased, I just had to clean it and its back online less the remote management App. What I use to be able to on my Iphone I have to go to the unit.
