As per the other reviews, Steve was brilliant with the delivery; explaining, advising, and techy info.
The trike is superb, it gets lots of admiring looks when I park it in my Village Hall.
I've yet to do the (regular) long trip I bought it for (English weather) and It's one of those things where the more I use it the better it will be. I was impressed on the test ride and haven't been disappointed since.
The 'Tilt' is the thing, I find it hard as a fixed trike, but use the Tilt and it's a dream.

A fabulous tricycle, comfortable and powerful at the same time made with excellent quality material.

To travel to customer’s home and to test one or two trikes with necessary explanation of their operation is an invaluable service. Well done! Result? I bought the Easy Trike which is solidly built.
My only caveat is lack of some printed maintenance advice which am sure can be remedied.

Like all etrikes it's susceptible to tipping when making a turn on uneven ground. I sustained severe bruising to my hip when the trike tipped over when making a turn.

Excellent company to deal with. I bought the Explorer electric tricycle and it was delivered fully built by Steve from Alpine Electric. He spent time thoroughly explaining about electric tricycles, how to ride and maintain mine and advised while I tried the trike.

The trike is extremely robust and very attractive looking. I'm very happy with my purchase and the company's standard of support.

Steve of Alpine was a real pleasure to deal with. No messing about with false promises. My Alpine Mountain Explorer was delivered in stated time and in prime condition. I would highly recommend this firm and might I add I had a most diabolical service by one of his main competitors before, luckily, somebody put me in touch with Alpine.

The Trike arrived on the appointed day. We were notified am or pm and received a message at what time the delivery was due. The Trike which i now call the beast is a beautiful. The information i received is comprehensive and although i could have had a longer practical instruction on the Trike i only had a little time on it because of back problem. Since the delivery i have mastered the Trike (beast) and enjoying the experience. The delivery people were very pleasant and reassuring about any service i might need in the future.

ETrike - I was kept informed when it would arrive and then had everything explained and a practice run on it. Also rang up after with a couple of queries which were clearly explained. Excellent quality.

Well, this is the second time I’ve written a review. But as the firm is worth it, here is a summary. Good product. Personal service, especially on delivery when everything can be clarified and for the inexperienced, how to ride a tricycle. Not difficult, just different.
Here is tip which I haven’t shared yet. Don’t worry about the height of the step over. 1) put left pedal at approx '25 mins to the hour' position. 2) brakes on 3) right leg on left pedal, pop your bottom on saddle. 4) right leg over the bar! Done, you might have to wiggle backwards a little on the saddle to do that. Good luck, enjoy the freedom of being out and about!

So pleased with my Alpine explorer trike. They delivered my Trike to me and spent time showing me how to ride it safely and confidently. I got the hang of it quickly under the gentleman's guidance.
I am no longer allowed to drive due to a medical condition, so having this Trike has given me back my independence.
