My husband and I have just returned from a truly unforgettable four-day hike around the Mont Blanc Massif hosted by Alps Adventures and wow, what an adventure! If you are lucky enough to be assigned Grigor as your guide, you will be sure to have the most awesome time. From meeting with us in Chamonix, Grigor was friendly and knowledgeable ensuring our kit was suitable for the trip and his calm and reassuring presence, local knowledge and ongoing advice for kit and future hikes was exceptional. The scenery on the Mont Blanc Trail is absolutely stunning. Every Rifugio and Chalet we stayed in were super comfortable and the food… (especially the cheese!) was delicious. Grigor provided lots of communication with what was to come, allowing us to feel prepared for the next hike with the right clothes and kit. What made it even more special was sharing this experience with a group of fantastic people, we enjoyed every step with our new hiking friends. We did Tour du Mont Blanc Highlights in July 2025. Fantastic experience! If you dont have time/energy for the whole TMB this is a good option and reliable company to go with. Everything was perfect for us, even on the day when we had to hike though the rain. Our guide Christel is an example of a true professional, we were lucky to have her. Always positive, supportive and humorous. Knows so much about the mountains and can answer any question (from fighting cows to the history of alpine hiking). 1000m of daily elevation is not a walk in the park (apparently), so be ready physically. Read all the info about the trip carefully to enjoy this hike - we used all the items mentioned in the kit list.
Our whole group was fantastic as well, miss you guys! On one of the trail days we had a conversation with Daniela and Julian that we bonded so well because bad people dont come to mountains and maybe it is true, but on the flight back home I also realised that it is the mountains that make you a better person! So, don't hesitate and book your next adventure with AlpsAdventures!

Incredible Four-Day Hike Tour Mont Blanc with Grigor
I just returned from an unforgettable four-day hike around the Mont Blanc area, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Grigor as your guide. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The scenery around Mont Blanc is absolutely stunning. What made it even more special was sharing it with a group of fantastic people, all strangers at first, but we quickly became a fun and supportive little hiking crew. Grigor was outstanding throughout. His deep knowledge of the area and the local culture really made the trip. He had a calm, confident presence which made everyone feel safe and well looked after. Fabulous trip that has given me memories that will last for a lifetime. Unbelievable views and company and a real sense of achievement.

I did the TMB hike and Grigor was an amazing guide who combined technical expertise with great humour throughout the trip. The trip itself was well arranged with breathtaking views and delicious meals.

I recently completed the Mont Blanc tour, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The scenery was beyond stunning — every day offered breathtaking views of the mountains, valleys, and charming Alpine villages.
Our guide Gracjan was fantastic: knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the journey. They made sure we felt safe and well taken care of, while also sharing interesting facts.
The group I made the trek with was amazing— we shared lots of laughs, supported each other, and really bonded along the way. It made the whole adventure even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend the tour. It’s a perfect combination of challenge, beauty, and fun with wonderful people.

We just completed our 4-day Matterhorn hike, which was our first hiking experience for my wife and me. From the moment we started, everything felt just right.

Our guide, Tracy, welcomed everyone with a big warm smile and explained all the details of the hike. Throughout the journey, she made sure that everyone was doing well and felt safe. She took her time and ensured that everyone was taken care of.

With her extensive knowledge and passion for nature and hiking, she made even the challenging aspects of the hike enjoyable. The views of the mountain were stunning, and sharing this experience with an amazing group of people was truly wonderful.

The huts where we stayed were cozy, and the food was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. We created so many memories that we will treasure forever.

My second trip with Alps Adventures and it was fantastic! Our guide, Tracey, was wonderful - so knowledgeable, encouraging and confident. This along with our like-minded fellow travellers made for a great experience in the Alps. The mountain huts were great, with restaurant quality food in the wonderful Taschalp Hutte. Just an amazing experience to trek this highlights of the Tour du Mt Blanc

Superb 4-day walking tour taking in the breathtaking Matterhorn and surrounding area from Randa to Tasch to ZeSeewjinu, returning to Zermatt. Our guide Tracey was excellent with an abundance of experience, energy and advice. The huts each had their own character with stunning views. They were clean and comfortable with excellent food and a very much appreciated welcome after a day out on the hills. We were so lucky to share this adventure with a great group of fellow hikers who walked and gelled as a group so well, offering moral support and snacks all the way. So many laughs and memories to treasure. Thanks to Tracey and Alps Adventures for looking after us. See you again next year.

An Unforgettable Matterhorn Experience

From start to finish, the Matterhorn highlights hike was nothing short of incredible. As people relatively new to this type of hiking, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect-but every aspect of the trip exceeded our expectations in the best possible ways.

Firstly, our guide Tracey was truly exceptional. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and her energy kept the entire group motivated throughout the journey. She struck the perfect balance between encouragement and challenge, making sure each person felt supported no matter their fitness or experience level. What stood out most was how intuitively she paced the group. We never felt rushed, nor did things drag- she knew just when to push forward and when to pause and soak in the views. Her ability to bring people together created a warm and cohesive group atmosphere right away.

The views along the trail were absolutely spectacular. Even as beginners, we found the hike to be entirely manageable. There were some challenging moments, but they left you feeling accomplished, not overwhelmed. The route was clearly planned to balance effort with reward, and there was never a point where we felt out of our depth.

One great surprise was the food. We didn’t expect too much from the meals, but they far surpassed our expectations.

If you’re considering this trip, we’d highly recommend doing it.
