Item was out of stock for some time but was notified as promised when it became available. The ladder was delivered next day as promised and the ladder is well built an of good quality The mechanising for extending the ladder works well and at full height as a step ladder is very stable without the extension bar.

ordered the super diy 6s advanced, which comes with locking adjustable castors and outriggers, ordered at 16:20 on monday so missed the deadline for next day, called the day after and was told that it was on schedule for next day delivery, it was being delivered to a client, tracking was given and delivery was made before 10am, very well packaged and the sheets give a checklist of components, all components were there apart from a spare cap which to be honest isnt needed as they are given incase one gets lost or damage which is very thoughtful and i like that way of thinking, and all caps were on all components so i dont really care, instructions were fine just the illustrations were weird but its very straightforward, and didnt need to but put it at full height, without outriggers and it is actually very solid, put the outriggers on and its perfect, had to but a tower as i cannot find a rental that is less than 70cm wide as there is pointing in an alleyway and neighbours can be funny so this saved me a lot of hassle, the whole package should fit in my small van too which is great, was dubious to stability with it only being 60cm wide but its just perfect, and i am scared of heights and get dizzy if i feel unsafe at heights but cannot fault it to be honest, all parts are colour coded so you cant get it wrong, and perfect for current and future needs, great service with delivery ect, should give me many years of service when needed so glad i chose this over other competitors that dont give this working height at this price point and the bigger footprint being restrictive on where it can be used, if your thinking oif getting this dont hesitate it is all your gonna need and thanks to loyal on a smooth transaction and speedy delivery cannot fault you very happy, im actually gonna review it in the coming days when i use it as i cannot see any customer video reviews on youtube so people can get an idea what they are getting

I had to buy this scaffold as I couldn’t get anyone to repair the house after a storm so had to have a go myself.
Excellent piece of kit, easy to assemble, well made and very fast delivery- can’t praise enough and if I could would thank everyone involved in the manufacture, dispatch, design etc. of this scaffold. It got me out of a fix and made me slightly more resilient and confident in learning new skills to tackle any future mishaps, for me a good investment.
A pity that my repair doesn’t look as good as the scaffold, but it’s held and watertight! Thanks again.

Slim Stool 2 Tread in a beautiful shade of baby blue. Works a treat in my new flat! Highly Multi-purposeable and very useful! Used it to close a tall window... and also as a table / chair! Planning soon to use it to help reach the higher ceilings / hard to reach places in my flat so i can decorate it. Would highly recommend this product.

I have the DIY5 tower. Firstly fits very well in van with hardly any space taken up .. easy to put up took about ten minutes or so. I'm a professional decorator and used the tower on a external render painting project, cutting in along a brick line. Under foot the tower is pretty solid and i felt really happy when working.. I felt way safer than working off a ladder.
The size is perfect and also went down the side path.
Back in storage for next job and again takes up little room in my lock up..
