For our TUV GS marked trade tower the focus is strongly on keeping weight to a minimum whilst maintaining rigidity, strength and safety. The trade tower also offers substantially greater working height capacity (9.65m) than any other tower in its class. On our industrial tower (TUV GS marked) we have made installation even easier by redesigning and reducing the weight of the toe board, to further enhance a product that has already been sold in its thousands across the UK. Absolutely disgusted that after…
Absolutely disgusted that after purchasing a 2m extension kit for my tower @ £398 which included a set of 4 outrigger supports that cost over £270 separately and when i then wanted the same again without the outrigger supports they wanted to charge £336. Taking the bloody piss.
This response is largely bull as I have not requested you to break up a kit and all these components are advertised separately on your website so you have storage for all the components and the cost of transporting such components is not excessive and all this doesn’t for one second justify this massively expensive charge when you customers are already spending plenty of money with you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are delighted that you received your extension kit and as discussed, the components are more expensive to purchase separately, partly due to the delivery cost, which is included in our selling prices, and why the kits are cheaper as the components can be bundled together for transit. Also, the additional time spent to process an order for individual components, combined with the fact that a kit has to be broken down to obtain the required components, and the additional storage space that is then required in our warehouse to store the surplus components. All of which adds up!
We hope that this helps to explain why the individual components are more expensive. If we can be of any further help, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
On your edited reply: Yes, we do indeed list most of the components separately on our website so customers, such as yourself, know that they can get spares if required and the prices are plain for all to see. No, we do not have an unlimited amount of storage space in our warehouse and, as per our original reply above, orders for individual components do come from the kits. The prices charged by our courier are beyond our control. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us this review.

Loyal Mini Folding Tower
Great service. Kept me informed of import and shipping container yard timescales. As soon as it arrived they dispatched it for next day delivery. Well packaged and delivered promptly.
The tower is excellent. Lightweight, fits in the back of my Mini Clubman and assembles in seconds; literally. Perfect for signwriting lower level jobs like canal boats on dry storage. 👍🏼

smooth experience mostly no problems
scaffold seems to work well, took me ages to put together mostly because i was being super cautious. some times was bit tight getting the bolts in place but if you loosen the nut with a spanner first you can get it in place just dont forget to tighten the nut after. telescopes bit tricky to get my head around but with a little experimenting i was able to figure out how they work. only problem was the delivery driver who did not follow instructions but cant really blame the company for that
