Fabulous service, couldn't have been more helpful. Sent a general query by the contact us section on the website about 11.30 pm and got a phone call response before 8.30 the next morning. Order placed same day. Delivery not next day for me due to a weekend but certainly not a problem. Would certainly buy from the firm again. Highly recommended and looking forward to using the tower.

I bought the Super eDIY 5 with 2 Fixed Outriggers Aluminium Scaffold Tower.
Brilliant bit of kit and great service from the company and delivery agents, 2 days to get it to NE Scotland, fantastic!. Would thoroughly recommend this tower and company. So glad I bought the version with 2 outriggers, definitely more secure and stable with them, don't skimp on this would be my suggestion!

I bought the Super eDIY 5 scaffold tower to replace some fascia boards and paint my house during lockdown.

The product and company are excellent, I couldn't be more pleased.

The item was delivered next day as promised, even during this difficult period.

Bearing in mind I had previously ordered twice from other suppliers who not only let me down but lied in the process and tried to get me to wait for '3 or 4 weeks' even though they 'definitely had it in stock'

I bought the DIY 4 with Stiffeners primarily to reach the top of my motorhome for cleaning. Being well into my 70s, I wanted something light yet strong and easy to put together single-handed. This scaffold exactly fits the bill, precisely, and most importantly, in use feels very safe. The motorhome is about 3M high and the 2M platform is just right to see the top of the roof and work the brushes and hose. I can also lower the height of the platform as I work down the side of the motorhome cleaning and polishing. As with many jobs around the house, painting etc I can now face the way I am working instead of being on a step ladder and having my body at right-angles to the job with forces trying to push me off the steps. The scaffold is very well worth the money to stay safe; particularly because this piece of kit is extremely well designed and made. You will find Customer Service second to non and always ready to answer your questions - thanks to Charlie in my case.

Excellent sales staff, clear quick correspondence. SUPER DIY 5 aluminium tower was delivered to Ireland very quickly by DX delivery. The tower is well made, so light and simple to put together. Its ideal for inside and outside and the variability of platform height is a brilliant feature.

Tower delivered to wrong address, then rearranged delivery to correct address then only half the tower arrived, remainder of tower to follow did it arrive no? had to hire a tower at a cost of 200 pounds, arranged for tower to be collected (which took 1 week)and exchanged for the tower i wanted in the first place, which was advertised as being in stock, waited 2 weeks for correct tower to arrive in stock, to then be advised there was a cost difference 84.84. i was originally advised this fee would wavered on the telephone and now the company have given back word.

still waiting for a refund!!! steer clear

Bought a Super DIY 7 Advance plus, because I wanted a lightweight tower which was very sturdy and I was not disappointed. A really nice piece of kit and very easy to assemble. With hindsight. I should have bought the Super DIY 9 Advance plus, so bought the Super DIY + 2m XL Height Extension pack. Cost me a bit more than if I’d bought the 9 in the first place, but that was my own fault.
Throughout, the service and advice from Paul at Aluminium Scaffold Towers was both first class and friendly.
Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend both the product and the company.

a really excellent piece of kit , assembled in 10 mins or less , ease to move about esp with the wheels . I couldn't more pleased with the purchase , the communications from the company was spot on and it shipped to me in Ireland in 48 hrs as promised , Paul is true to his word (seriously impressed with that as we are out in the sticks ) Highly recommend both the company and the product .

Needed a 9.7m scaffold tower to carry out some general maintenance on a french property with a large tobacco Barn.
bought an industrial 1450. AST.
i received exemplary service, guidance and assistance, with next day delivery once ordered.
as my wife and i are erecting the tower between us, it needed to be "light enough" for either of us to "lift" all the various sections and parts.
transported the tower on a trailer, roughly 800 miles, and then followed the diagram to erect.
very straight forward, and felt really sturdy and safe once erected especially with the outriggers supplied.
then moved it on the heavy duty casters into the barn partially erected.
at no point was there any high pressure sales tactics, i was not chased, and there were no hidden admin fees unlike a few others i spoke to.
cant wait to use again!!

I have had the Super DIY 6 tower for a few months now and it has been a great investment. I was going to buy the 5s but I’m pleased that I spent a bit more on the 6 and got more options with the extra height and longer outriggers. I have been on the roof on my house, done guttering repairs and cut down some tree branches with no problems. I recommend this company and their products, thanks.

I remove honey bees from chimneys, and access hire is always a killer when quoting, with this tiny, lite weight scaffold i can now safely access most chimney stacks, its a great bit of kit that folds down and fits inside my VW Golf. FANTASTIC.

Very impressed with both the product and the company. This is my first experience of a scaffold tower and I should have invested years ago! Next day delivery, easy to erect and dismantle and a very firm and stable platform to work from. My immediate need was to cut a section of hedge about 10m long x 4m high x 1m wide. In the past I have done this from a ladder, which isn't that stable, is inclined to sink into the hedge and generally prevent you getting a straight and level cut. My problems solved at a stroke and for a reasonable price. Many thanks,

I was misled by the company - Buyer beware. The kit came with basic instructions that clearly included stiffeners on the instructions but were not supplied. I contacted the company and was fobbed off and told that I could buy them separately, but at an additional cost to me of £45 plus £10+ P&P.

First class service, great product. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great company to deal with !!! Very happy with my 5eiy tower which is nicely made and easy to assemble. Great price and next day postage too boot!!!! What's not to like???? 10 out of 10.
