I never recieved my £74 ORDER 5 WEEKS I WAITED luckily I went through clearpay and went through a dispute and won got my refund back! Lack of communication same email when tried to contact company was the same automated email! I was livid how this company has the nerve to scam so many people and get away with it is beyond me!

Scam!!! Never received. No refund. Generic email response “we dispatched in bulk please be patient” TWICE. It’s been nearly a month!! Reported them and going through bank.

Absolute scam waiting a month for my order all emails are responded with automatic email response, cannot get a reply at all, please do not order from this criminal company, they should be prosecuted for theft

I waited three weeks and contacted them — their only response was that it was “shipped in a big batch,” but they refused to provide tracking details and then stopped replying altogether. Beware! Do not order from this company they are scammers! I wouldn't even give them 1 star and I wish I had read the reviews on here before placing an order. Ordered goods on 13th September, paid for Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery, have never received goods. Automated (generic) reply to emails, no phones answered. I can't believe their website is still live and they are allowed to get away with this!! Have reported to my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

very similar to most of the reviews here, order was weeks ago, no tracking, unable to call as their number isn't real, bo response to webforms, emails or messenger requests, i am now dealing with my bank.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star, it is a total scam and I am wondering how they are even getting away with stealing peoples money for so long. I placed an order on 13th Sept and have still not received it. I have emailed them and got no reply and the contact no listed on their website tells you that you have dialled an incorrect number. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because I have been well and truly conned. I am now trying to get my money back through PayPal.

Ordered on the 29th of August & still haven’t had my order & get no response on emails, disgusting to take your money & not send it out. Will be reporting to trading standards.

The company is a scam, they take the money and never send the order. Do not order with this firm, I’ve referred to mt bank and also trading standards.

Doesn’t send orders, doesn’t reply to emails. Just seems like a massive scam. Dispute raised with PayPal!

Avoid this company placed an order on27th august and paid for 24hr express delivery, still waiting on order. I have emailed them several times to no avail,I have asked for a refund as they have taken my money but no goods have been received,again no response.

i’ve ordered a monster drink from their website and after 2 weeks nothing came. i’ve tried to contact them via email and facebook but no response. i’m not filing a refund with my bank and hopefully i get my money back.

Scam. Failed to ship the order and then refusing to process a refund. Referring the matter to the Ombudsman.

This company is a disgrace ive spent a small fortune here and received no products i tried phoning the number on there site and it doesnt exist at all ,do not buy from here there liars and cheats

Ordered and paid for my products and received an automated email. Waited 7 days and emailed and haven't received a reply. Tried phoning today and number has been disconnected. Now attempting to get my money back with the bank

Fraud, scam do not buy they do not ship then don’t respond to your emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

I have had to contact by bank for help with this awful company. I received an email advertising their sale so placed an order. A week passed without hearing anything so emailed them asking what was going on. Their reply was to be patient as they are busy. Fast forward another week and a half... I am still without an order, they are ignoring my emails for a refund and now I have had to contact my bank to get my money back. AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER.

BEWARE of this website. They will take your money and not ship your items. You then get the same automated message. You will not receive your items or a refund. I had to contact the payment provider to get my money back.
