I believe this is a fake site
I believe this is a fake site. I never received my order their site says 2 days delivery,that was 2 weeks ago. Automated responses to my emails, phone number doesn't work and social media sites don't exist so no actual way of speaking to anyone or getting a human response. Save your money and time, don't bother.

Awful. I ordered on August 27th and my items still haven’t been sent even though your website states next day dispatch with 48hr Royal Mail tracked delivery! You haven’t responded to my emails but have the audacity to ask me to submit a review! Well, here it is. I do not recommend American Candy Stores and going by the comments on your social media posts, it’s clear many others feel the same!!!!

Items don’t arrive
I keep receiving constant emails with discount codes and offers, but once you place an order and they have your money, the items don’t even get shipped.
The company claims there’s been an “influx of orders” and a “warehouse move,” yet they continue pushing promotions.
If they can’t fulfil existing orders, it’s probably not the best time to advertise so heavily. Weeks later, my items still haven’t arrived, and I’ve had no update on when I can expect them. Very disappointing experience.

Placed an order on the 24th of August and still haven't received it. Tried emailing to no avail and telephone number doesn't exist. They are still sending scamming emails with offers. I would of appreciated just an email explaining if there was an issue with my order instead of being ignored!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I was reeled in by their 65% discount promotion they have on. After two weeks I’ve not even received a dispatch email even though they’re in breach of their own website delivery policy.
It states next day dispatch with Royal Mail 48hrs tracked delivery. It’s been two weeks and nothing.
They’ve taken the money and not fulfilled the order. I’ve seen on their social media page there are other customers with the same issues and the reviews on here are not shining this company in a good light.
I will never do business with them again. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will take your money and ignore all emails / comments. The phone number in their website is also a dud and doesn’t work!!! Scammers!
Maybe a scam or just gone out of business…
I wouldn’t go as far as to say this is a scam but they’ve definitely gone out of business or aren’t interested in online sales anymore.
Made an order off the back of their 65% off promotion, paid for next day delivery… then I read these reviews.
Emailed them about my order and got a response pretty quickly saying ‘they were trying their best but are currently moving warehouses’.
Emailed them again and never heard back. Phone number doesn’t work.
IF you order - use PayPal so IF your order doesn’t get sent, you’ve got a nice and easy route to get your money back.

Still not received, paid for express 24 hour postage 10 days ago. Requested refund and no reply
Lack of communication …..
Half of my order was missing with no information on a refund and even after 3 emails I wasn’t contacted back once. On the order that I did receive 3 items were out of date. I then figured out where my refund was on my own and used the store credit on another order and no information on when my order will be dispatched. I emailed again to ask for info and again no reply.
