Would give no stars if it was possible.
Part order delivered on 8th August, missing X8 items in total. Emailed, rang, to no avail, tried to get my money back from Clear pay which failed as the store could prove that a package was delivered, although never once did i say a package didn't arrive. My point is that i was missing X8 items from this order and the box i have even taken a picture of would have not even fit the whole order into it. Poor poor non existent customer service. Due to reading all the reviews on here, i feel sorry for everybody that though i am now "only" £24 out of pocket, I've decided to act on us all and been in contact with the Citizens Advice who have reported these Fraudsters to Trading Standards :) if you'd like to do so yourself, i can provide you with all of the details you will need, just reach out :)

I will start this by saying I am not…

I will start this by saying I am not one to write reviews, but this company needs one and I wish I’d have read reviews before buying. I ordered several items one the first order, and have been sent 2 of the wrong items. But before receiving this I did another order for a 12 pack of Fanta and thought I would add on a can of monster whilst already buying. The company cancelled the 12 pack of Fanta and has now cost me £8 for a singular can of Fanta. So, 2 wrong items and an £8 can of monster. The items aren’t packaged properly so all of the crisps are squished from drinks and the fudge is bent. Not only that, I emailed the day I got the notification about being refunded and they still have not replied. I would NOT order from here, I will never order again. Shocking customer service and shocking packing skills.

Bigot Workers at American Candy Store Camden Town Branch


Today, Sat 9th August 2025 @ approx. 3pm at the American Candy Store (Camden Town branch), I asked one of the workers if a product they were selling was halal or not and he asked me why this was my concern since I wasn’t wearing the hijab (covering my head with a veil). The workers should do their jobs in selling candies rather than making their unsolicited comments. Disgusting, distasteful and unprofessional staff/ service. When the situation got heated, his colleague, Usman did not think twice about interfering and filming us without our consent and without even bothering to ask what went wrong/ what started the issue. To the worker wearing a black hat/snapback who claimed to be a “solicitor”, you should be educated enough since you claim to be a lawyer, to hear both sides of the argument before resorting and concluding to also filming and attacking me and my family without properly understanding that your colleague was completely in the wrong. Consider all the videos you filmed of us as a birthday gift from me to you, especially the 5’5 short guy. As I can see from other poor reviews of your store selling expired goods, it is obvious your store is miserable so enjoy the eventual lawsuit that will be coming your way. I hope the owner who reads this review is a better reflection of the staff they selected to represent this brand. Disgusting service!!

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing, placed an order for 5 calypso drinks and received only 3. I have been charged for 5 drinks. Despite sending couple of emails and messaging them still no response.

Genuine review

Genuine review, ordered the new Lando Norris Monster drink for my daughter and got exactly what I expected.

Lots of bad experiences on here but I have no complaints at all.

Order never dispatched

I placed two orders for a new flavour monster drink from this store, one for UK delivery and another for international delivery, for a friend. The international order was placed first, the UK order second. The UK order was dispatched timely, and arrived well packaged. The international order was never dispatched. I have emailed twice, messaged on Facebook and attempted to call seven times, all with no response. It seems communication with this company is non existent given other reviews, and I have now given up on trying.

It wasn’t a large value order, however that’s not the point - if you’re advertising international shipping, charging for such shipping at check out, then you should fulfil this, and if you can’t, then you should have the decency to tell the customer. I’m now double out of pocket, as I’ve re-ordered from a company, who has fulfilled the order and shipped successfully. It’s a shame I didn’t find them first, as I would never have used this company otherwise.

Although the UK order was fine, with no problems, I would never use this company again, on the basis of communication, and the fact I’m out of pocket, for an order they couldn’t be bothered to dispatch.

Update: Order Dispatched the day after this review was posted 🤔 Still no response to any of the messages left….

Terrible service

Ordered 4 x 1kg energy pencils and only received 2 which were out of date and was told the other two was out of stock and Got sent 2 alternatives for the other two energy pencils which I did not want. I've tried contacting you via phone, email and website but got no response. I have now informed PayPal to request a refund. Terrible service.

Awful dishonest company

Awful dishonest company. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my order. I paid for 48 hour delivery. They never answer emails. Lie saying items sent but no tracking. Disgusting company.

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company!!! They are the worst. Send random items, not what you order and have zero customer service. They ignore emails and never answer the phone. One star is too generous they should be closed down.

bad experience

I placed an order last week, I received it quickly but I was missing an item and some of the crisps were stale. I contacted them 3 times and have since been ignored. Poor customer service.
