Verifizierungsproblem beim Eröffnen eines Geschäftskontos
Nachdem ich das lange Geschäftskontoverifizierungsprozess durchlaufen, Verträge unterschrieben und alles erledigt habe, meldet man sich telefonisch und fragt nach dem Geschäftszweig, womit gehandelt wird. Nachdem sagte ich, dass wir mit Ersatzteilen von Smartphones handeln und der Mitarbeiter sagte mir, dass es High Risk ist und die keine Geschäftsbeziehung mit uns eingehen wollen. Hier 1 Sterne Abzug für das, dass es überhaupt kein Risk gibt, da ich kein Kreditantrag bei Amnis stellen werden, sondern es werden laufende Gelder von unseren Verkäufen in Marktplätzen eingehen. 2 Sterne Abzug dafür, dass man mir dies nicht während des Antrags zur Kontoeröffnung leider nicht am Anfang direkt mitgeteilt bekommt. Dadurch war die Frustration sehr groß und meine Erwartung sehr hoch!

es tut uns leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung mit amnis gemacht haben und die Information erst am Ende erhalten haben.
Die Bekämpfung von Geldwäscherei ist bei amnis von höchster Priorität. Basierend auf ihrem Feedback gehen wir davon aus, dass ihr Onboarding aufgrund der Tätigkeit abgelehnt wurde ("Restricted business activity", "Cash business" oder ähnliches). Wir sind grundsätzlich offen für jegliche Kunden. Kreditrisiko prüfen wir im Rahmen des Onboardings nicht.
Wir sind stets bemüht, unseren Onboarding-Prozess zu optimieren und werden auch unsere Kommunikation diesbezüglich verbessern - danke für Ihr Feedback!

Possiamo solo essere molto soddisfatti sia del vostro servizio che del vostro personale.
Rispetto a tutte le banche con cui lavoriamo il vostro cambio è sempre decisamente favorevole (tra l'1 e l'1.3 %) e in questo periodo di crisi non guasta :)
Il nostro consulente, Canio Telesca, è dall'inizio sempre molto attento e gentile. Velocissimo e competente a risolvermi le problematiche che a volte ho riscontrato per mie disattenzioni.
Sito molto chiaro e facile da usare.
Non abbiamo nemmeno nulla da consigliarvi, siamo veramente molto contenti.
