Our experience with Vialet services has been exceptional. The payment workflows are smooth, fast, and highly reliable. Our account manager have been proactive partner. When we faced any issue, the team stayed on the line until it was resolved, demonstrating a true understanding of our business needs.

In any situation or other issues, I can rely on immediate and necessary assistance from a bank manager. The managers are very polite and prompt in any matter. Also I would like to separately note the web banking interface, which is very convenient, simple and fast.

I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. Despite my business being fully legitimate and based in the UK, they refused to even consider working with me based solely on the personal background of the UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner), which has no connection to the business operations.

When I tried to explain this, their representative responded with outright hostility and discriminatory remarks, showing complete disregard for basic professionalism and respect. Instead of discussing compliance concerns rationally, they made it personal and offensive.

Their extremely poor ratings both here and on Google further prove that this is not an isolated issue but a pattern of how they operate. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. Their lack of professionalism, ethical standards, and respect for potential partners speaks volumes about how they conduct business.

the do what they say they do. 100% trustworthy!

The company seems extremely dubious to me. The conditions on the homepage do not correspond to what is subsequently demanded; mind you, for a low-risk company. This extremely dubious behaviour lights up all the warning lights for me. PS: At two other online banks, as well as at the local bank, the fun didn't take 3 hours and they stick to the conditions (20 EUR / half year). The company here wanted 50 EUR per month for 10 bookings - ridiculous.

They treat you as a terrorist just to say no.

In 15 years, i never had to send so much information to open an account, and after 2 months exchanging emails, answering the eye colours of the children's i don't have get. They say "sorry, all these was for nothing, you lose your time."

Terrible ... blocks any transfers over 1000 EUR in and out, terrible chat ... slow answers... always wondering where your funds are at any time ...
