That is $33.64 in shipping charges for two $6 kids travel pollowcases. I do not recommend punching from Amouri Linen unless you don't mind paying double shipping charges.

Beautiful quality items from a sustainable brand

Just like many others who wrote a review here, I ordered in July 2025, when the company was experiencing a huge increase in orders leading to delays.
While I admit that I felt frustrated and nervous when my items weren't shipped withinin the given time frame of 4-8 business days, I have to say that the customer support always responded to my e-mails, even though the reponses were kind of vague at times. I absolutely understand that adapting to such a surge in orders doesn't happen overnight but I would have appreciated a more transparent communication regarding the timelines (which is my only criticism).
I received my top and shorts approximately 6 and a half weeks after placing my order and I absolutely love them. The quality is lovely, you can definitely tell that the items are handmade with love and care.
I will be ordering from AmourLinen again as I believe in the company's sustainable approach and that they'll be able to adapt to their success soon.

Ordered on July 29

Ordered on July 29, 2025. After several weeks corresponded with Ugne on the 11th of August. Was told they were inundated with orders and trying to catch up. This is from the email..."Your order is currently being made and is scheduled to be shipped next week." After two weeks I reached out again and can not get a reply. Yet, the company seems to be having a sale and taking more and more orders but evidently can not send out the orders they already have....poor business model. This order was made in plenty of time for an upcoming trip I have in September.

This summer has been especially challenging for AmourLinen. In just the first two weeks of July, we received as many orders as we normally do during an entire summer. We weren’t fully prepared for this unexpected demand, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of all our customers.

As a small, transparent business from a little country in Europe, our entire team — including our production staff — has been working overtime to fulfill every order. Our highest priority is always to deliver on time and make our customers happy. Unfortunately, with such an overwhelming volume, we experienced delays and we are truly sorry that we could not complete your order in time for your trip.

We have already issued you a full refund. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for giving us the chance to improve.

Recent purchase

Although I waited a while for my shorts and top and did have email correspondence with them which they always responded to it is worth the wait. The linen is lovely and great quality, you can tell it’s handmade and I really love my shorts and top. If you order be patient.

Placed order on 30th of July. Have yet to receive any items ordered. I’m deeply frustrated. No communication. Tracking says order being prepared… Surely it should’ve been prepared and delivered by now!

I bought a dress and bed sheets

I bought a dress and bed sheets. The dress is incredible and felt very light on my body! I don’t even want to start about the sheets, it feels very soft and it matches my room decor. The quality matched the price I paid. I will definitely comeback to try something else.

Bad customer service. Didn’t receive items.

Placed order five weeks ago spending nearly £200. Heard nothing at all for three weeks so I Emailed to ask when arriving and kept being told they were busy and it would be the following week. Still nothing. They have issued a refund five weeks later. If they do not have the capacity to make the orders they should not take them. Or they need more staff. Not good experience and was really looking forward to receiving my items. Won’t bother in future. If you are getting something for a special occasion it’s not worth it as highly likely not to receive it.

I completely understand your frustration, and I want to be transparent about what’s been happening on our end. This past July, we received around ten times more orders than in a usual month. It felt like a Christmas rush in the middle of summer, and while we’ve already started expanding our production, that process doesn’t happen overnight.

Our seamstresses are working incredibly hard, often putting in extra shifts, but they can only sew so fast while still maintaining the quality we’re known for. If we had anticipated this surge, we would have been better prepared for such a long production time.

We truly value and appreciate the many customers who have shown patience and understanding during this busy period, and we’re very sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations this time.

Please know we are working as hard as we possibly can, not to delay or mislead anyone, but to ensure every piece is made with the care it deserves.

Terrible experience

I was reluctant to write a negative review, as I know it can be damaging to a small business—especially one that makes handmade goods. I’m typically patient, understanding, and appreciative of the process. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time.
I placed my second order in early July, and after a month of waiting with no delivery—and several extremely frustrating emails back and forth—I ultimately canceled my order. What shocked me most was that the company made no effort to rectify the situation beyond simply asking if I wanted to cancel.
Customer service is key, and this company had multiple opportunities to make things right but completely failed to do so. It became clear to me that they don’t value or understand the importance of customer retention, which can make or break a business. A company that grows beyond its capacity without putting proper safeguards in place is setting itself up for failure.
Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again.

As we mentioned in our communication with you, July brought an unexpected surge - more than ten times our usual monthly orders. While we are actively expanding production, these adjustments take time, and unfortunately this affected our timelines.

We did extend the return window for your first order, and I personally prioritized your second, but I completely understand your decision to cancel rather than continue waiting. Please know we never intend for delays like this to happen - they naturally come when demand grows suddenly, and we cannot simply ask our seamstresses to sew faster without compromising the quality of their work.

We regret that we couldn’t deliver your skirt in time and sincerely apologize for the disappointment. At the same time, we’re grateful for the many customers who continue to support and value the slower, handmade, made-to-order process that defines our work.

Button not sewn on properly

I wasn‘t pleased with the quality of the linen trousers.
For this price, I expect the button to be sewn on properly. I sent an email, but unfortunately, I didn't get a reply. The dress I orderd was perfeclty fine

Inaccurate Processing Times

I’m really disappointed in my experience with Amour Linen. I placed my order on July 14th, and received a confirmation email stating that my sheets were being made to order and would take 4-9 days to process. Three weeks passed and I realized I hadn’t gotten a shipping confirmation yet. I reached out to them on July 31st to check on the status of my order (which they encourage in their confirmation email) and explained that I would like to cancel my order if I wasn’t likely to receive it before the end of August. Their customer service team got back to me right away with a vague response. I asked if they could give me a specific update on when my order would ship, and they assured me that it would ship that same week. Well, it did not ship that same week. The production time has (so far) been double what’s listed on their website and their confirmation email, but that doesn’t bother me nearly as much as their customer service team lying to me to keep my business. I understand that those timelines are an estimate and everything is made to order (which takes time!) but all I wanted was an honest update!

Haven’t received my order

Placed my order on July 10. Reached out to customer service on July 24 to ask about the status of my order and haven’t heard back as of today, the 26th. Orders can take time, I understand, but at the very least reply to your paying customers. Slow order delivery and non-responsive customer service is just bad for business.

I had to get in contact .

I had to get in contact as I had a question about how long it would take to get to me and the customer service were brilliant and put my mind at rest. Within a few days my gingham shorts had arrived.
They are lovely, made with care, the linen is high grade, the fit is great too. I will wear these a lot, a real staple in my wardrobe

Good quality very beautiful linen

I have ordered some beautiful charcoal linen fabric to make a duvet cover. The thickness of the fabric is just right for a duvet cover or other clothing in my opinion!
I ordered some dusty rose linen too, to make a gilet, also such a beautiful color. A month before I have ordered some samples so I good make the right choice! It took one or two weeks to get it to Holland! You can have contact through whatsapp or email and the company is very kind and helpfull!

Norah loose linen dress

It took several weeks until I received it but when it arrived I realized it was a very exclusive dress, made by hand of the fabric I had chosen, just perfect. The openings for sleeves, a delicate thing on sleeveless dresses like this, were just perfect. Not too wide not too narrow. You can use the dress at a dinner, the bra is not seen, as well as on a walk in the sun. It will be light and airy. The fabric is beautiful thin and smooth. The color, green, not too sharp. Love the dress and will use it for many years. It is timeless. Thank you!

Quality is impressive!!!!

I recently placed an order with amourlinen, and although my package was a bit delayed, they promptly informed me that this was due to a high volume of orders! But the clothes I received – a dress, shorts, and a top – are absolutely amazing! The quality is impressive, and it's clear that each piece is handmade with care. Supporting small businesses is important to me, and I'm thrilled to find such a fantastic and sustainable company to support!!!
