YOU DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY!!! Find another one, any other one but this company. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!! They sell you on a one year agreement but it is really a 5 year agreement that you are stuck in. They don't care about you!! The only thing they do care about is getting your money from you each month, that's it!!!!!!

Meryl was great. Knew how to help me with a door bypass and installing a new CO detector. Had great communication skills and easy to discuss things with.

Their system has not worked properly since it was installed. I called again today because nothing is working. They wanted me to get on a latter to reset the camera. They will only come out if you pay 35.00.

They basically hold you hostage in your contract. Make sure everyone reads the fine print and be sure to remember after your LONG 5 year contract that you have to submit in writing 30 days prior to your end date that you wish to cancel your contract otherwise they will auto renew the WHOLE contract for another 5 years and you cannot get out of it! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

My experience was great due to Jacky. She is a very friendly, competent and well spoken representative.

I had a few questions and needed someone at AMP Smart to look into it. Alex was very helpful and friendly while taking the time to offer very helpful suggestions to make things easier for me in the future. This type of customer service is a rarity these days but I'm glad that AMP Smart is one of those businesses.
