Took forever
While quality was good, turnaround time was poor. Much much later than I was told when placing the order, waiting for over a month for my photos to be processed, and then weeks more for my negatives to be returned.

We were certainly overwhelmed and I'm sorry that you had to wait so long for your scans + negatives. For us when the choice is between speed and quality, we're always going to pick the latter. It's been a very busy month, but we've learnt a lot about how we can improve our turnaround times for next summer, so hopefully by then you can expect both!

Very good service overall.…
The website is well organised and the order process quite easy to navigate. For some reason,
there was a delay in the processing of my order, so it took longer than expected to get my scanned photos. Subsequent order for prints was handled very quickly and prints arrived within a few days. So apart from the initial delay I was very happy with the service.

Great Company
The process to send off film is pretty straightforward, and I have never had any issues with any of the developed photos. I have had to wait a while sometimes, but they are up-front about the high demand that they've been dealing with, and I appreciate their hard work. Everything is always well packaged and of great quality. My go-to for camera-related stuff!
