Good source of film at good prices and time from order to delivery is quick. Not so good is the turn round time for film development and scanning.

Honestly, this is probably the last time I'm going to use AW. Don't get me wrong, the scan quality is great, but my word THE WAIT. I know part of the fun of film is the lack of instant gratification, but 6 weeks between me sending my film off and getting the negatives back is outrageous. Three weeks of that was waiting for the film to be developed in the first place!! And to top it off I didn't even get a sticker like they keep mentioning on socials :(

Film received at AW 10th September
Scans ready 1st October
Negatives received back 23rd October

Excellent service when buying film. Had an issue where I'd put the wrong postage details on and after a quick email it was changed, sorted and shipped within the hour. Thanks guys! Much appreciated.

A very pleasant experience dealing with AW. Products are always good, and Film Developing and Scanning is great. The Express Service is super quick. Had a slight problem with the latest scans, but it was sorted very very quickly, within an hour, and new scans uploaded. Can not fault them. Communication is excellent and the team are really helpful.

Always trust a real photo lab with your film. These guys rock!

Have been using AW for a while now for both film purchase and developing/ scanning, and the service is always great. Really impressed with the Express Service. Film received by them yesterday and scans ready today. There was a slight fault on the scans and within an hour they had rescanned the negatives and let me know so I could download them. Really great service.

Always excellent service nothing I look forward more than getting a parcel from Analog Wonderland

Absolutely not worth it.

Service = slow
Price = expensive
Delivery service = wait more than a month

This little company used to be great. Had a nice team, they were responsive, the lab work looked like they cared, and best of all they were a small local business.

So I didn't mind spending money at them.

Over a year ago now, their service started slipping. Every single job was delayed, the delays kept getting longer and longer, the negatives got returned nearly after month or month and a half. All of it has become embarrassingly bad. And what's worse it also got way more expensive. So quality down, price and wait times up.

Sad thing is, they still send out emails about sticker promotions with your order... but come on. No one needs a sticker. Everyone needs the service they paid for.

Currently my film has been with them between 15-20 days... no scans, no negative. Just waiting... while getting promo emails to spend £50 to get a sticker... Whoever is at the helm isn't running this as a business that respects its clients.

My first experience of using Analogue Wonderland. I exprienced well priced good quality products. Very well packaged with swift delivery and clear updates on progress

Great service and good quality scans

Service can’t be faulted but I get the “Your order is still in the queue to be processed.” Every order. Would be nice for it not to be delayed one time.

Still not ready 5 days after the delay email.

I dropped my films off at AW very friendly and helpful.
Photos came back quick even though they had been experiencing some problems.

Always great. Even when they are going to be slower than normal they let you know in advance. Well packaged

Interesting film development ideas.I like the idea that you can select items you need printing a d even choose the size of the print to make special pictures etc .
