Helpful staff

Ordered replacement pump on Wednesday afternoon that my plumber's wholeseller said would take 7-10 days and it arrived the next morning. Considerably cheaper than their quote as well. Brilliant.

Sent wrong item, refused exchange only returns and charged for opening package, can’t see if item was right or wrong without opening package… I’d give 0 stars if I could… disgrace all for a £75 item, can’t imagine if I’d spent what I do with other pump specialists, good customer lost item in bin enjoy your order it’ll be last you have from me

From what i can see this is a Brass fitting which we would not refuse return on especially as this was within the returns period and does not come in manufacturers packaging just Anchor Pumps packaging.
We encourage customers to open up goods received on arrival to ensure that it is the correct item and not damaged during transportation so that we can rectify the issue straight away for you.
