A GRUNFOS CH Pump ordered online was problematic - but problem identified and solved by ANCHOR PUMPS who phoned me.
The product ordered online (a GRUNFOS CH PUMP) was listed on their website, but I was notified the next day by telephone that it was no longer available. The Anchor Pumps adviser informed me that an alternative pump (made by LOWARA) would be compatible with my domestic CH system and would also be less expensive.
The pump was delivered and a refund of the difference in price has now been received.
A first class service to a householder customer.
My first choice for any future "pump" requirements.
