Ordered a 1 1/4 inch (32mm) brass…
Ordered a 1 1/4 inch (32mm) brass filter foot-valve ( as described). The item should have been listed as a 1 1/4 inch BSP which is an internal diameter of 39.6mm and not 32mm.
Staff were friendly and helpful, however, the 32 mm is misleading as the item will not fit as it’s too small.

Good afternoon
I apologise that this item didn't meet your requirements. Our fittings do have BSP in the descriptions and are sold as so- BSP standardised sizes can be colloquially referred to by their mm counterparts, as they are in the pumps we sell.
For example, 32mm is commonly referred to as 1 1/4" whilst not being exact. This is an underlying issue with terminology, but it's not made by us, we only adopt it the same as any other company in the industry has.
We hope this sizing hasn't caused you too much of an inconvenience and that you know we are always happy to accept returns under such circumstances.

The order was delayed and it took over…
The order was delayed and it took over a week to received the good. This was after several call and I guess if I had not make calls, it could have take longer. It cost me a lot because of the extra payment to the plumber due to delay from Anchor Pumps.

I believe there was a delay with our new stock delivery which normally can be brought in within the 3 - 5 day delivery window which allows us to meet these targets - the delivery must have been delayed to cause such delays.

Repeated brilliant Service and Expertise
I have been using Anchor pumps for a couple of years. Everytime I order parts from them because they are normally unusual pumps types, their knowledge is brilliant. They will investigate and recommend the parts I need for the media my customer is trying to pump.
