All these negative reviews are so…

All these negative reviews are so accurate! I placed my order 3 weeks ago, have sent numerous emails and all I get is that they’ve been impacted by weather, having fulfillment delays etc. this site is a complete scam! I ordered based on reviews I had seen on their products but I see I’m not the only one. I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Save yourself time and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

UPDATE: SCAM ARTISTS DONT TRUST THEM

5/30/24 I am updating my review. I am now sure this company is either knowingly scamming their customers or should be closed because whoever is in charge should not be. The first time I ordered from Anese nothing was out of the ordinary and I received my package as expected. I placed a second order and it took months of emails, Instagram messages and commenting on their Instagram posts for the person I spoke of in my initial review to contact me and get my order processed. In all the time that had passed all my orders had been deleted and showed I had never ordered anything, deleting a $10 coupon I had for earning points. Meg said she would give me a discount code for doing this review but never gave that to me either. When I spoke with her I had confidence that this was just some trouble they were having and it would not happen again. I placed another small order on 4/18/24 that has now also been deleted and no one will answer me to let me know what's going on. I am very understanding and patient but I've had enough. No one has ever even offered a discount to anyone I've heard of for all the inconvenience they have caused people not to mention THE MONEY! It's very expensive skin care that I do believe is a good product but they've got to re work their business practices big time or close the business. Stop stealing peoples money!!!

I had some trouble with an order and had started losing hope but Meg turned it right around and got me back on track. I have a tracking number now and will continue to be a customer of anese. Their products are quality and have worked well to clear my body acne. Thank you Meg, you made my day!

My order is finally on its way!

My order is finally on its way!! I was worried that I would never see it due to delays, but thanks to Meg, my order was expedited and I cannot wait to get my hands on the booty scrub! I have been using Anese products since 2019 and I love them!! So happy to finally be getting tracking on my order!

FYI do NOT buy from this company. if you have file a dispute for fraud with your bank. company does not email back for ANYTHING. Falsely advertised FAST shipping, I ordered the end of January. 3 months later and still no order nor communication. there should definitely be a lawsuit.

Never received my order!

Might as well be a scam. I never received my item. I ordered in Feb 2024, it’s now April 2024 & still nothing, not even an update. I tried to reach out by email for help & also tried to receive a refund since I obviously not going to receive the product I paid for. I received no response. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Don’t buy from them they have been horrible the last couple times I’ve bought from them. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and recently they have not even responded to my requests on where my order is it is going on 2 month in April and I have sent 5-6 emails since 3/13 I made my purchase on 2/19 they are paid in full I will never buy from them again nor do I recommend them. After about 2 years with them I noticed their formula changed and had a playdough smell I still ordered bc of the rewards. But the past year 2023 and even more so this year just a bunch of liars. No responses to my emails to cancel my order and they have not responded but on 3/13 saying that they shipped it. They did not I have been checking the tracking number for 2 weeks and it only says shipping label created. Anyone can create a shipping label and they are refusing to respond there is no way to reach them. I tried reaching them on instagram since they don’t respond guess what they had me banned bc I asked where is my order? Of course you’re not allowed to let other customers know they will never see their order. I’ve contacted the FTC I am contacting the attorney general next. How do you advertise things in stock then charge for it and never send it out or respond. It doesn’t take 7 weeks to get an order shipped. By the way it still is not shipped it will be 8 weeks soon. Worst company ever seriously went to trash. And any other company lets you contact them and doesn’t refuse to give you your money back by ignoring their customers. Ignoring customers is not a defense for your company to do what they please or to be ignorant enough to act like you don’t know and to lie and say your order has shipped with a lie shipping label that’s dated from 2.5 weeks ago. CANCEL AND REFUND MY ORDER There are other companies who have what you have except they don’t steal money abd never ship a thing out. I contacted them 3/13, 3/17, 3/21, 3/25, 3/27 no response nothing

They will take your money and not ship your order

I ordered back in November 2023 for the Black Friday sale and still have not received my order. There has been no communication about the status for the four months since placing the order, and I have had to reach out myself numerous times for an update, waiting for days to hear finally hear back. With no refund policy (which I can't find stated on the website!) I will be trying to get my money back through my bank. Citing weather and supply chain issues but still taking new orders and running sales is not considerate of your customers in the slightest. I will be finding alternate products from a reputable company. I am disappointed and I won't be a returning customer after this terrible experience.

This site has become a scam

I made my last order on February 1. On February 22, I noticed my order had not yet been fulfilled which was crazy. I emailed Anese on February 22 inquiring about my package, but they could not give me any specific explanation. Just that they're "working through some challenges in our fulfillment process" and that they don't know when they can expect to ship my order. I inquired again on March 9. No reply. I inquired again this morning, March 18. No reply. Now all of a sudden my password on their site gets reset, and my order history has been completely erased. My points have also been erased. Idk what's happened to this company, but I feel like I've been scammed. Just filed a dispute to get my money back.

Horrible company

Ordered on February 4th. Website states it will take next day processing 5-7 days shipping. After 6 weeks, I've sent 5 emails, reached out on their social media. No responses. Currently disputing with my bank. Horrible company. I believe they simply steal the money and never ship the products.

Scam

Scam! Do not order from them! I placed an order in January and paid for it. The money was withdrawn from my account. One month later I had not received my order so I sent an email. I received no response. I sent another email and again no response. I log on to my Anese account and saw that my order was listed as paid but unfulfilled. The next day I logged in again and they deleted my order history and points. My order was more than $200 and they have not even had the courtesy to respond to my email and to add insult to injury, they deleted my account order history in a further attempt to mislead. If others have had similar issues, please consider filing a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau. If all of those who placed orders, paid for them, and haven’t received the order or a refund, all file complaints, maybe it will be taken seriously.

So disappointed with this company

So disappointed with this company. I had been a regular customer for 3 years until this January when things clearly went downhill fast. Refusal to cancel or refund orders, even if the request was within hours of the order. I have never had a company decline to refund an order that hasn't shipped. That is unheard of. Even for a "small" business. Now they are refusing to refund for orders they are unable to fulfill months later and will not respond to any customer service emails. They will not respond to social media messages. Noticed today that the original website does not work properly, and they have changed their website address. Very shady things happening and I hope they make things right. Judging by the number of people who have experienced the same, it looks like a class action lawsuit is on the horizon. Disgraceful.

They’re taking your money and not sending the product!

Feb 6 I bought $59 worth of product and have yet to receive. I have sent 3 emails requesting info on the status and also chatted with someone on Messenger. I’d attach a screenshot if I could. On Feb 23 they said “…sorry…. the team is on it and will be a week or sooner….once an order is placed, we can’t do cancellations or refunds. It helps keep things smooth for everyone…”
And since then I can no longer send messages through Messenger and can’t get my money back.
Horrible company, don’t fall for the ads!

SCAM ALERT

Ordered on January 31st and company has yet to respond to my multiple requests for refund. The order hasn’t even shipped yet and it’s March 6th. Hundreds of others are having this issue and they just keep deleting the comments from their socials.
