I would give 0 stars if possible. I purchased a product on Tuesday, and they said I would receive a shipping notification within 48 hours. I went to their Instagram page and saw that all their posts are full of comments asking about orders and saying they have been waiting for months. There are multiple posts on Reddit saying the exact same things. Safe to say I’m never getting my products and I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

5/22 update:
Randomly got a refund for my items on 5/16. I wouldn’t have known unless I checked my email. They sent an email in March stating orders would begin shipping out 3/8, but I obviously never received anything. It is WAYYY too late for a refund. Please don’t purchase from this shady “company”!

I don’t want someone else to fall for this scam. I read through numerous reviews, looked at comments online from buyers, and overall thought I was making a sensible purchase. It has now been three weeks since they’ve taken my money and I have tried every possible method of contacting them with no response. I’ll have no choice but to try to contact my bank and see if they can assist.

I am another scammed, annoyed customer. It looks like this company was legit at some point, but has gone downhill as of the beginning of 2024. Like many others, I placed an order in January, received no updates, my emails and chat requests for an update were ignored, my comments on Instagram were erased, and I was blocked. I used PayPal and am now in the process of disputing the charge, it looks like they have also ignored PayPal's requests for an update. If you're looking for booty scrubs and similar products, try Truly, it's my favorite brand and you can get it at most drugstores and Target. I wish I'd just stuck w them instead of trying Anese.

Just here to second many reviews. I don't know if they outgrew their business, but I went from loyal customer to outrage because of their lack of ability/willingness to fulfill orders. And even worse, the lack of response and deleting comments/blocking on Instagram illustrate how they have no regard for their customers. So disappointing.

If I can give 0 I would. I ordered, they took payment on 2/2/24. I’ve repeatedly asked for order status since it has not shipped or been delivered. NO ONE WILL RESPOND. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You’re better off buying from a known reputable skincare company that’s well established.

Never have I ever been so angry at a business before. I have been waiting for my order to ship and be sent to me for a MONTH now. I’ve ordered on January 17 and got NOTHING. I’m not the only one experiencing this. This has never happened to me until now. I have emailed multiple times and never got a response back. I’ve commented on their social media in hopes for them to respond, but all I got was the block button. YES, THE BLOCK BUTTON. They blocked me instead of just emailing back. This company just scams you. Don’t waste your money. 130+ dollars down the drain.

I ordered a duo and was charged an extra $29 (the same amount of the discount they applied?) for a total of $87 and have not received the items. It has been over two weeks. I reported this company to Instagram and will dispute the charge with my bank. They have blocked me on Instagram, and many other commenters had the same issue. I reported them to the BBB . Unfortunately, the order confirmation link from Shopify is invalid(?) and I am unable to report the issue without a valid link. I see many others on this site and BBB with the same complaints. Many other IG users created new accounts to come back and state the same complaints, as their other accounts were also blocked. I did not create another account. I just want a refund for the extra charge and the product, or a full refund. This business needs to be held accountable.

I got scammed by this business. Never received my products and tried to contact by email and responded by saying they had weather issues which was why they couldn’t not ship. Its been over a month and haven’t received anything. This company is a scam don’t purchase from them they only steal your money

Your company is a scam. I never received my product and I tried to reach out many times and no one cares enough to get back to me. I spent 76 dollars and got NOTHING. I will report your business to everyone.

Been purchasing since 2018 and their products are exceptional and really make a difference ..

AFTER paying, they asked me if I wanted 15% off, so I pressed continue, thinking that it was 15% off my order.WRONG. They added a second item to my order and refused to refund/cancel. What kind of company doesn't let you cancel an order?

Me and my experience crates was the quality of the product delivering exactly what it was advertising. My butt has never looked so polished and great before. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but it was very worth the wait! Thank you.

I placed an order on November 24th and still have not received my order (12/11). I sent an email and message on Facebook on December 8th and have not received any messages back. I will never order from this company again, very poor customer service and shipping.

The scrub feels great. I have only been using it about 2 weeks, I have not noticed a change in my skin color.
