Angel Recovery Opiniones

Very bad customer experience. Have to wait some one to call me 10 min after the appointment which they did set to let me know there mechanic running 40 min late. And after that I got miss call and been told the mechanic did wait for 10 min he left now we can't help you. Seriously???

Frank was excellent and did more than could have been reasonably expected of him, all to ensure that my best interests were kept as priority and made me feel like a valued customer. His professionalism and high IQ on all things car related was really insightful and definitely taught me a few things. Great hard working individual which Angel Recovery seem to have in all their employees. From my previous experience with Ozzy, to Mona on the phone and then Frank today, Angel Recovery continue to show their class and great service head and shoulders above the rest. Avoid at all costs. My insurance company informed ANGEL that the clutch on my van has failed. They requested angel send out a recovery truck, instead they sent road side assistance. Sitting here 3 hours later still waiting for recovery. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Couldn't organise a P*** up in the brewery

Very good expertise and prompt services. Their behaviour and way of handling my vehicle was amazing ! It’s like real angel down on earth when you need. Keep it up. I would definitely recommend your services to others.

Fantastic service from Angel Recovery. Technician Gilman went out of his way to get my vehicle sorted and on and on the road.

Angel recovered my vehicle into the workshop at 8am, replaced my brake pads and discs, fitted 2 brand new tyres, all in one day. I pick my vehicle up at 3:30pm.

Great price and very convenient service. Highly recommended.

Today i had a breakdown so I contacted my breakdown service provider AA. They were unable to attend so they sent a affiliate company called Angel Recovery.

I have used many recovery companies in the past and i thought to myself this will be another cowboy company I was proven wrong.

I was unsure at the start and AA estimated a 2 and a half hour wait amazingly these guys turned up in just over an hour, the driver was polite and respectful well mannered he dropped me to my destination and even offered to buy me a drink from the shop as it was a hot day, the recovery truck was clean and customer friendly I would like to firstly thank Frank who recovered me and Also Angel recovery service.

Appreciated guy thanks a million.

Excellent service from Angel 5 star performance was on time very customer friendly and walked me through everything step by step ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have to say outstanding performance always goes above and beyond when assisting, always there at the end of the phone regardless of the situation in. Don’t know anyone who can provide this service other than themself. Can never trust a car but you can trust angel recovery

the vehicle I was in had a puncture on the tyre and I called angel and they came with their mobile fitting service which holds all the necessary equipment and machineries to do the job. It wasn't a nice experience being stuck on the road with terrible weather luckily they came in record time and help me get on my way.
the driver was helpful and understanding and gave a few tips and advice on the state of my tyres. (good job uzzi)

i made the right choice calling Angel to come and recover my car. they truly live up to their name. they reassured me and came to me as quickly as possible when my vehicle broke down. amazing customer service! would highly recommend.

When I was most distressed, this company saved my day. Shout out to the person that I talked to on the phone, his name is Ghilman and the person that came to help, his name is Haaris.

One of the best customer service ever! Not only was it quick and at a reasonable price, but Usman in particular exceeded my expectations!
Two of my tyres went flat on the road and had to be replaced. He was extremely helpful during my car recovery and went above and beyond to help me fix the problem right away. He saved me TIME, MONEY and the stress of having to look for the right place.
Definitely recommend and appreciate Angel for having such good employees!! Usman was the absolute best!!

Thank you very much for recovering my car, special thanks to Haaris very friendly and professional.

Dealt with Alim yesterday he was polite professional and was able to resolve my issue efficiently.

Would recommend Angel recovery

Professional, punctual …. perfect. My experience with angel recovery had time and time again dug me out of situations. First ide like to thank Don who recovered me on Saturday night. Imran who guided the situation and brought forward amicable solutions and options. And Usman who has assisted me a couple of weeks later. They are a representation of customer service and professionalism. Therefore In the future I would call on them again “hopefully not” but again great people to have in your contacts.

Great customer service, very helpful, amazing service!!

Cannot fault my experience with Angel Recovery. All of the staff I had spoke to were very polite and knowledgable about their business. The recovery was as punctual as can be with the driver updating me with an eta. Brilliant experience! Well done Angel Recovery!

Where do I begin? A month ago I broke down with my Getir motorcycle I pulled up on a delivery and notice that my rear tyre was completely flat. I call my insurance company who sent out AA patrol to assist me. The mechanic who came to me just put air into my tyre, 2 miles down the road I was flat again. I called Angel Recovery this was around 9-10pm and Haaris came out with a tyre van, he managed to repair my tyre and get me on my way. Big shout out to these guys saved me a lot of money.

Always a professional and speedy experience. Been using Angel Recovery for over a decade now. From breakdowns to tyre repair and replacement. Special shout out to Usman

I broke down in east london and had Angel recovery come out and recover me. One of the best recovery agencies yet. Yes there were delays but they kept me informed. Best customer service from a breakdown agency yet. Highly recomend.
