I got what turns out to be good advice…
I got what turns out to be good advice on the pump they recommended for my water harvesting requirements. As a non plumber I managed to install it and using the default settings it works very well. Delivery was prompt. I have not used any of the phone operated gismos and hope I won't need to.

The pump was delayed by 1 day
The pump was delayed by 1 day, even i paid for next day delivery. Customer was disappointed and couldn't get the heating working until the pump arrived. Will have to consider in the future of using your services again.

To be honest the pump went wrong on our Grundfos home booster & Glen gave advice freely and was very knowledgeable about how to resolve the situation & even confirm a cost effective way of getting water running back in our house whilst the new pump was ordered.. now delivered & waiting for local plumber (a mate) to install.. so happy with the service provided - just need to test the new pump once installed cheers A

AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS
These guys do not honour any kind of warranty...sold me a faulty pump and basically ignored my request for a replacement...then connected with me giving a load of lame excuses, asking me for video after video of pump going round and round in circles...I gave up...£260 loss...BAD COMPANY

Good morning,
I have spoken with the team and been assured the pump was inspected by the manufacturer and warranty failure not expected.
It’s important for customers to remember pumps are working equipment and if wear occurs due to sand or abrasion it’s not down to a manufacturer error.

Ordered a water pump
Ordered a water pump.
Called to buy a reducer for the pump from 1” to 15mm, the person said someone will call me back to advise what part I need and never did, I follow it up with another call and the person was not happy that I called back and ask me to go and search on goggle.
The box arrived with someone else’s name on it the delivery notes name has a different name than mine.
