Five Stars if Pump had not been damaged
Company delivered item on time however the pump was damaged, probably at factory so was unuable, a replacement arrived within days.

I am not sure on this because you have made the error ordering wrong and you seen willing to blame us rather than having some ownership over your error.
Our team have responded very swiftly with a returns form (next day). You had taken 2 days to reply, we had taken 2 days for further reply which included a weekend.
Customer sends back. I am not really sure this deserves a 1 star given we have been in full communication and its been 6 days inc a weekend since order to fully resolve.
Seems like you a little sulky to me.
