Great service
Great service. Pump arrived promptly after ordering - ordered Monday and arrived on Wednesday later that week using standard shipping although I did ring to check that the pump was in stock before ordering. Only slight snag was that the courier delivered to wrong company at the business park but it wasn't too hard to track down.

Order never delivered, and no refund.
I ordered an item for over £500, with a delivery programmed for the next day. The package never showed up.
The team was excellent when I placed the order and to offer a refund. But after having chased it for weeks they never actually provided the refund.
Bottom line: I have paid them for an item that never arrived and received no refund.
Unless you are into throwing money (and time) out the window, use a different supplier! This is just horrendous.
Edit: Glen Responded below with a helping tone that did not lead to any actual action. Still no package, still no refund.

Helpful - they do as they say they will do
I made an order but later on that day after 5pm realised I needed next day delivery.
They answered the phone, and told me what to do.
The next morning the delivery was upgraded and additional invoice sent.
Excellent.

Clarke sewer pump
Purchased another sewer pump, after previous one only lasted for 5 months. Quite disappointed this time. Previous purchases had lasted a reasonable amount of time. Didn’t return as the possible expense of it being tested would’ve added more expense.

Sorry the pump didn't last as long as hoped. Whilst we are not the manufacturer still want cutomers happy with life time of products.
Just check the pump is ok for your application, Clarke say 5mm max solid in their manual.
