I had an excellent experience with the surgical team and healthcare professionals. From the initial consultation to the treatment and follow-up care, everyone was professional, caring, and supportive. The doctors, nurses, and staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.
A special thank you to the entire team for their kindness, dedication, and outstanding care. The treatment was carried out smoothly, and I am very grateful for the attention and support I received.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the NHS for providing such a high standard of healthcare. We are truly fortunate to have such hardworking and compassionate professionals.
Thank you all for your excellent service. May God bless you and reward your efforts.

Excellent timely service
After sending in my anima request, I was contacted and offered an in person appointment. This was done swiftly as usual.
This surgery gets everything right. Doctors, receptionists, nurses, etc are all always happy to help.
I feel that everyone from the medical teams at Beechtree surgeries always listen to you and genuinely want to help you.
Excellent GP practice
Great general practice with knowledgable Doctors and other medical professionals.
People are genuinely nice with a caring nature and a sense of humour.
This practice offers a comprehensive service that not every practise has.
I joined from a different practice and it genuinely is 100 times better WITH Living Well. There really are much worse GP services out there.
I don’t think the practice should be judged by using Anima, which is what most of the negative comments seem to focus on.
I think Anima has taken a lot of people a lot of time & patience to adapt to. I think there could be better solutions for online requests but anima has been quite widely adopted by many practices.
It would help everyone if everything could be done via the NHS app or at least a single app, I currently need 4 on my phone for various Hampshire medical services which is too many but that’s not the practices fault or problem.

I received a response from my request the following day as I put my request through after 12.00pm the previous day.
I received a text message and email advising of a response had been sent to me.

Bradley Stoke Surgery decided to use the Anima system for a change. The computer has working hours Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 only. What a nonsense. How working people can use this system.
Since they introduced this garbage…
Since they introduced this garbage service, I can never book an appointment, I always have to call the practice. They specify the "Anima Opening Times", which always closes before the actual closing time due to "first comes first served". Unless you wake up 7.30 to book appointment, Anima Health is useless. Did I mentioned that on the old Online System I can book appointment in the future and select time and date MYSELF ? Anima Health is a garbage service and shouldn't exist !!!!
Fiddling stats whilst NHS burns
Started the enquiry in the morning, gave a full background of symptoms & timeline, over the course of the day they asked me more questions, mostly those asked & answered in the original quiz. At the end of the day with no progress they closed the ticket (completed!) and tell me to either raise another ticket tommorrow or call 111 / visit A&E. Their stats on completions must be brilliant but they are actually useless.
