Happy to take your money , not sure when you will receive your goods though

Not sure how this company is meeting standards to actually supply goods................... bag ordered 8th of June still has not arrived.
Guess what? You don't even get a date for estimated delivery just a month , so fingers crossed for july absolutely ridiculous . Would actually love to cancel the order but it was a requested gift from my daughter. I would have taught we had better trading standards in ireland.

Rather than providing specific dates that may change, we provide an estimated dispatch month and keep customers updated if there are any changes to the timeline. Unfortunately, due to much stronger demand than we anticipated for some of our products, production timelines have been affected. We sincerely apologise for the delay and understand how disappointing this is, especially when your order is intended as a gift. Rest assured that we're actively working on improving our stock management and planning to help prevent situations like this in the future :(

Pre-order: bags that don't exist.

I ordered a mid size bag last month, it was pre-order, but naively assumed that if they are selling them, they must be expecting a delivery soon.

Original email said delivery by July, then second emaill said sometime in July and third that they can't guarantee a delivery date.

I wish I had checked out the reviews before I purchased. It looks like everyone buying the preorder mid size bags are still waiting months and months later.

I'm such a fan of JMN and of AP, but please, please, stop selling something you don't have. I'm getting serious Rathwood Vibes.

We always aim to be as transparent as possible when offering pre-sale products, with estimated dispatch timelines displayed on the product page and included in order confirmation emails. However, as these timelines are dependent on production and dispatch times, they can occasionally change for reasons outside of our direct control. We appreciate that this is particularly disappointing when you are excited to receive your order, and we sincerely apologise for the confusion. We would never intentionally sell stock that we do not expect to receive, but unfortunately delays can occur between the point of ordering and the arrival of stock into our warehouse. Ordered the mid bag in March to use as…

Ordered the mid bag in March to use as my baby bag. Baby due in June.

Got email to say will be April, then May, then June. When the email came in to say July but offered a discount on next order we just requested a refund as the baby was then a week old.

Still getting ads on socials for the bags.
The refund came through pretty quick though and I ordered a lovely bag with an Irish local owned business Rosie and Dott which arrived 2 days after ordering and is perfect.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. From the minute I contacted them about an issue I had with my purchase they dealt with it straight away and updated me along the way. I received a replacement bag within a week. I'm so happy with the replacement bag and the communication from Amy was excellent.

Exchange Request - Great Customer Service

I received an oversized tote as a birthday present and it was gorgeous but knew I would love it even more in the metallic silver (as opposed to the black) reached out to the customer service team and dealt with Amy - she was an absolute dream and got it all sorted super efficiently and was really quick to respond to emails and queries! Delighted with the service and can’t wait for the bag to arrive!

Ordered and payment taken for a mid…

Ordered and payment taken for a mid size bag , then email advised" delayed ""by 6 weeks as it turned out. Keep in mind AP have my money. Yet the bag is still advertised with no pre-order warning to others. Email advising of delay, dismissive in tone, and offered refund or.... a 10% discount- but on my next order! Mmmm good customer service .. absolutely not. The bag is on its way now..
Update - my bag arrived, and I love it!

It’s been three months and still no…
It’s been three months and still no bag. A email was sent to say the end of March, then April, then the beginning of May and since then, no communication. It is now mid May. It was preordered on the 16th of February. There is no excuse for a three month delay. You should be offering refunds to your customers. If you cannot manage the distribution, then you shouldn’t be in business. Appalling customer service. The status is my sister contacted you today and you said that you still couldn’t tell her when she is getting it. You also didn’t offer a refund, instead 10% off next purchase. There is no world where would purchase from your company again.

PRE ORDER 23/2/2026 STILL WAITING AND THEY CANT GIVE AN ETA

Bought bag as a birthday gift ,Even allowing as a preorder 66 days late multiple emails making every conceivable excuse but the best part is they actually cant give an ETA which is nonsense ,

In business if you place a pre order you get a delivery date /ETA and whether its stuck in the suez canal or at customs you can track your goods from its origin and yet you cant ?????

This is the latest email blaming everything
"Thank you for your email, and once again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.
When the presale launched, we were initially expecting the incoming stock to arrive at our warehouse in early April. Unfortunately, due to unexpected delays outside of our control, including recent protests and related disruption to shipments, the timeline has been pushed back.
Dispatch is now expected to begin in early May as indicated in the bulk email sent last April 15th along with an apology discount code: SORRRY10.
We’re unfortunately unable to guarantee the exact delivery time, as timelines can still vary depending on queue. I’m really sorry we can’t confirm this just yet.
I completely understand this is disappointing, especially if you were expecting your order sooner, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
As soon as your order is ready to leave us, you’ll receive your dispatch confirmation and tracking details straight away."

We do want to clarify that your order was placed on a pre-order basis, which was outlined at the time of purchase on the website and in the order confirmation email. As soon as we were informed, we sent an update to customers. We appreciate your feedback regarding ETAs. While we do provide estimated timelines, we’re unable to guarantee exact delivery dates since we process orders on a first in, first out basis. We also rely on external courier so the delivery times are outside our direct control. We would also like to clarify that we have offered the option of a cancellation and full refund should the updated timeline no longer suit, and this remains available. We’re very sorry again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

Beautiful but disappointing quality

I got the barrel bag at Christmas. I really love the look, design, size of the bag. It is a beautiful bag but unfortunately the quality is not what I expected. The stitching where the handles join the bag are all coming apart. I’ve only used the bag a handful of times as I like to keep it for special occasions. It’s disappointing for the price of the bag. Hopefully it’s something that can be improved upon going forward.

Pre-order???

Why are bags not in stock ? Most are pre-order which is a pain. Was waiting weeks for mine, it was a gift so had no choice but wouldn't have bothered if id known and now the bumbag is pre-order too why advertise then have to wait weeks. And its the same price as the mid size tote which I dont think is fair really disappointed 😕

That said, we understand that this can still be disappointing, particularly when timing is important. Due to a much higher volume of demand than expected, many of our styles have sold out quickly and are now available on pre-order while we restock. As our bags are handmade, production takes time, which is why there can be a wait between ordering and delivery. In terms of pricing, while the bum bag is smaller in size compared to the mid tote, the cost reflects a combination of factors such as materials, hardware, and the complexity of construction. Incredible customer service

I already own a gorgeous Anxious Preoccupied bag so when I ordered my Organiser to match I was so excited! I didn’t realise it had already been bought for me as a gift (along with the clutch, I’m OBSESSED) so when I contacted the help team to see if my order could be cancelled (after already receiving the shipping email eek!) they were so super helpful and managed to get in touch with the warehouse and sort it all out for me.

Not only are the products phenomenal but the customer service is outstanding too!

The customer service I received was superb …

The customer service I received was second to none and Amy , who was dealing me me couldn't have been more efficient , understanding and lovely ! I would def reccomend buying from Anxious Preocc in the future !

Contacted Customer service over an issue i had with bag i purchased. Service was unbelievable. quick response, updates frequently and sorted issue within a week of my reporting it. 5 stars to Amy in Customer Service.

Love my new bag!

Bought the new barrell bag in black. Really happy with it, it looks super expensive and have had lots of compliments on it already! Arrived on time in perfect condition.
