We provide detailed product descriptions and a full compatibility list for all our items, including the Philips LED Tube T8 CorePro (EM/Mains) Standard Output. This product can be used with an existing EM ballast or connected directly to mains, as clearly stated on our website. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team if they need assistance before ordering.
Regarding returns, while we provide return labels to make the process straightforward, any courier costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over which courier is chosen or the fees charged, and these costs cannot be waived.
We regret that this product did not meet your expectations. However, our description and guidance were accurate, and the return fees result from your choice of courier, not from the product or our service.

Reliable Company with Good Customer Service
Prices for decent quality bulbs are good. I had a problem with one bulb from a previous order and communication was good and it was replaced without any drama.

Reliable company with large range of stock
This company stocks a vast range of lamps and fluorescent tubes and provides advice if you're not sure what you need. I have LED fluorescent tubes in my attic and the sales team told me exactly which ones I needed. I've used this company for six years and never had a problem.
Delivery times aren't particularly fast, but the products are very well packaged.

Excellent for bulbs and LED lighting
I purchased loads of LED bulbs with 5 year warranties. Out of some 50 bulbs, a few failed and each time, I was easily able to arrange a replacement bulb to be sent to me under warranty for free. And it was sent fast. Excellent service and they honour their warranties.

Fantastic, honest company
My LEDVANCE floodlight stopped working, it was 3 and a half years! Noticed it had a 5 year warranty, contacted Anylamp, a replacement was with me inside a week. Brilliant service.
