They phoned to say they were 10 minutes away when they turned up polite & they wiped there feet each time when they came back in didn’t mess about the furniture was gone in about 5 minutes couldn’t ask for more

I gave this company only 4 stars because they were later than the time scale I was given- I phoned them, only to be told by the girl in the office that they should be with me in about 30 minutes. 5 minutes later I had a call from the driver telling me he was at a certain point close to us and how did he get to our address. He was there within 3 minutes. I was horrified to find that he was on his own and was collecting a large 3 seater sofa which had to be taken down a flight of stairs. He maintained this was nothing new and proceeded to manhandle the sofa down the stairs- at great risk to himself in my opinion.

An excellent service! Easy to book and I was kept updated on progress, when there was a traffic problem. On arrival the team could not have been more cheerful and helpful. I will be making another booking soon.

I was given a time frame of between 7.30 and 13.00 and was informed about 15 minutes before arrival. The men were polite, offered to remove footwear and were very efficient at removing my sofa.They worked out the best way of tackling the awkward angle in the hallway and were very mindful of walls and paintwork. Excellent service and I would use them again.

From the booking to the collection everything was so easy. The guys who did the collection were helpful, friendly and efficient. And last but not least. I received a refund, which I was not expecting. I had overestimated the amount of junk i had. Anyjunk refunded me the difference, without me even asking.
Great service all round.

Good service, fair prices

This company visited to remove a 3 seater sofa initially it could not be taken out in the normal way the sofa was quite old so they broke it up with minimum fuss.

I have Used these around 5 times now and I only use them as a last resort when the job I am on is to far for my usual waste removal company to get to .
On 1 occasion the anyjunk removal guy moved bags of soil from the rubbish pile to the other side of the garden , and then taken pictures of the waste removed , saying that he had taken the rubbish when he hadn’t . Anyjunk refused to beleive that the bags was there because their guy had “taken a picture of it gone for proof” luckily the customer had a ring doorbell which caught them moving the bags and we sent this in as evidence , which at this point anyjunk did apologise and arranged for them to be re collected.
There have been 2 other occasions where I have ordered the correct volume of waste removal , and the anyjunk clearance people will always say it’s a size over what is actually there . Very misleading on the volume of waste they say they will remove to what they actually will remove .
On 2 occasions I have payed skip prices to have mainly cardboard packaging removed .
They are ok if you are in urgent need of waste removing , but always order 1 or 2 sizes above what they actually state .
