Crew arrived on time, and in ten minutes the unwanted chairs had been removed. Care was taken not to damage new paintwork. Very efficient. Highly recommended.

Always super efficient. Not cheap but the reliability is very important. The guys that come are normally really friendly.

Picked only 2 Mattress
What a waste, of time and money. I waited for 13 days to collect 5 x Mattresses and they picked only 2 as they said it is in their term and conditions, If that is the case then why they let us book 5 online. Now they can't refund any amount neither can pick something else. Rip offs.

Team arrived and left without taking items that had been paid and booked for removal - no explanation just vanished

First class service
The member of staff I spoke with on the phone was friendly, easy to understand, and made it easy to place the order. The two men who came to remove the chair were also friendly, helpful and considerate, taking off their shoes to avoid leaving any dirt on our carpets. We would definitely recommend AnyJunk to other people.

Poor Communication
When the two lads finally turned up they were great but were 3.5 hours late. Very poor communication from AnyJunk, I had to chase them to find out what was going on.

Never again…
Total lack of communication regarding collection. I was given the wrong time, and when I queried it , was pretty much told I must have missed heard.
Also cost was astronomical
