Just over 2 years old and hardly used during that time. I just took it out to use it and found the LCD screen on the back has bled and is barely visible.

Acquistai un loro prodotto diversi anni fa su Amazon, quando ancora vendevano su Amazon (poi furono sbattuti fuori perché offrivano sconti in cambio di recensioni positive, cosa proibita dal regolamento), ma hanno comunque continuato a vendere tramite il sito ufficiale Apeman.
Torniamo a noi: il prodotto che acquistai era valido, ma dopo diversi anni ha iniziato a mostrare alcuni bug nel software e a non funzionare bene, perciò ho mandato loro una mail per chiedere se fosse disponibile un aggiornamento del firmware.
Mail inviata tre volte nell'arco di tre mesi: mai ricevuto risposta.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed with Apeman Dashcams
My experience with Apeman dashcams has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I had my camera for over 6 years before it started malfunctioning this past fall and had bought my partner one as a gift in July 2024. Recently my partners dashcam began malfunctioning—constantly losing its settings and failing to operate properly—I reached out to their customer service hoping for a reasonable solution.

Their response essentially confirmed that the issue was likely due to a failed backup battery or a fault in the mainboard power supply circuit, which is clearly a manufacturing or hardware defect. However, instead of offering any meaningful assistance or standing behind their product, they simply stated that my order had exceeded the warranty period and that they could not provide any replacement or after-sales support after requesting proof of payment and my order number.

So even though the problem appears to be a known internal hardware failure, the company chose to do nothing about it. There was no attempt to offer a repair option, discounted replacement, or any form of customer goodwill—just a polite dismissal.

For a product that is supposed to provide reliability and peace of mind while driving, this level of support is unacceptable. A dashcam is something you rely on for safety and documentation, and when it fails due to an apparent internal defect, the company should take some responsibility.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apeman dashcams. Poor product reliability combined with zero meaningful customer support makes this a brand I will avoid in the future. 🚫📷

If you're looking for a dashcam, I would strongly suggest considering a company that actually stands behind its products and customers and spend the extra money on something more reliable.

The worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. They bundle products of very different quality on their site to mislead customers to buy lower quality products. I have reached out for a return and they will not answer. A complete scam. I should have read these reviews before buying.

Kann nur abraten bei de.apemans.com zu bestellen. Dashcam nach 12 Monaten komplett ohne Funktion. Keine Reaktion auf Anfragen zwecks Gewährleistung. Lieber mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und was kaufen mit anständigen Kundenservice. Apeman nie wieder.

Een kastje aangeschaft bij bol.com.
Ik moest het retour sturen want de diepte was niet goed. Het werd verkocht als kamerkast, maar het was een badkamer kastje.
Ik krijg het niet retour gestuurd.
Volgens mij zijn het dropshippers. Maar raar dat bol.com met ze in zee gaat.
Dat verbaasd me echt.
Dan ga ik er vanuit dat het te vertrouwen is

Worst company to deal with lost all respect and trust for this company. I decided to purchase a dash camera when it came in the company set me the wrong item with mix matched wiring when I tried to get ahold of anyone in the company about it the complaint fell on death ears until months later. Turns out with further investigation Apeman company is in China so it's a cheaply designed I'll stay clear of this company lastly the action camera have a record of glitching out.

I ordered Dashcam Apeman C550.
It defective, I called store 2 times, emailed 4 times for return. No response.

My H55 camera has a problem. I have tried to contact Apeman via Email and an on line form with no response. A couple of years ago I had a problem with my H80 camera had was contacted by phone by them.
Something has gone badly wrong.

This is more of a review of the company and its support than the product. I purchased a C860 July 2020. The camera stopped working recently. I tried to contact the company through email and facebook and have been waiting over three weeks for a reply. I decided to purchase another camera. While it did work great for five years, please don't expect the company to be concerned with supporting the product once the 12 month warranty has expired. I will add APEMAN to the list of companies who have a reputation for disappointing the customer in need.

Cheap H55 trail camera
Worked once then nothing. Manual useless and useless in several languages!
Wall mount almost impossible to use. External power socket cannot be used with case closed so NOT waterproof. No customer service. Website pack of lies. Not just cheap but nasty too.

Ich hatte einen Beamer bestellt,danach habe ich erst diese vielen schlechten Bewertungen gelesen,ich dachte mir ohh Gott da habe ich ja bei den richtigen bestellt,und habe wirklich nur schlechtes erwartet.
Um so überaschter war ich als ich schon nach 4 Tagen den Beamer erhielt,im einwandfreien Zustand nagelneu,und 40 Prozent billiger als wo anders.Ich Frage mich jetzt habe ich da nur Glück gehabt das es so lief ,oder übertreiben die Leute hier mit ihren Negativen Bewertungen??

Why am I paying every month 11 euro!! For the last 2 years!!! They won’t reply to my emails. STOPPPPPPP!!!!!!

I have tried to contact their technical support many times but they never respond. I strongly advise to never buy their products.

J'ai acheté un H55 il y a 16 mois. Il est maintenant défectueux et leur service clientèle ne répond pas aux courriels. Je veux être remboursé.

I bought 2 x APEMAN C420D Dual Dash Cams, one worked and one didn’t (couldn’t progress setup beyond language selection, so possibly a faulty on/off/select button).

Fair enough, these things happen...
Contacted Technical Support for assistance - received no acknowledgement, no response and obviously no help.
Contacted Customer Service to arrange for a replacement - received no acknowledgement, no response and obviously no help.
Tried to access help through their Online "Help Bot", this didn't work "Couldn't Load Messages - Tap to retry"
When they asked for a review, I posted the text above, and somehow my review didn't make it onto their webpage...

Horrendous customer service!
No response to issues.

They sell you a hardwire kit that doesn’t fit their products and then won’t respond when you contact them.

I have an Apeman A70 that I have used on a couple of occasions. The camera takes decent videos, but the waterproof case is junk. A catch on the case and also on the latch broke off.
I have tried to contact Apeman on 4 separate emails, to see if I could purchase a replacement case. My email’s were ignored.
I would not purchase one of their products again.

I have bought their products, and they are good. However, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't reply, ever. So, be prepared not to be able to return goods or get refunds. Best avoided I'd say!
