Ive tried to connect my a77 action camera to my wifi by following the instructions provided and it simply won’t connect. The WiFi system doesn’t work. Money down the drain. Please don’t waste your money on this crap.

Habe 2023 eine Dashcamera gekauft .War bis vor 4 Wochen sehr!!! zufrieden. Seitdem stellt die Camera das Datum und Uhrzeit immer wieder auf 01.08.2020 zurück.( Eingestellt ,losfahren,P = aus, nach Einkauf zurück. 6 x malversucht Kontakt aufzunehmen . Es meldet sich keiner.

Versenden benutzte Ware als Neuware. Habe eine gebrauchte benutzte Dashcam 420D mit Sicherheit aus einer Retoure, mit etlichen Gebrauchsspuren erhalten. Nach mehreren Mails an Apeman keinerlei Reaktion.
Nie mehr kaufe ich was aus China.

The projector was working fine. Then the focus wheel was stuck. At this time my projector was still under warranty. Never heard back from customer support despite over 20 emails.

Apeman a77 camera, battery life doesn't last 30 mins on 1080p at 30fps. Protective cover smashed when my wife knocked over my bike in the house, and first drop on the road it obliterated itself sending the SD card flying out somewhere because it doesn't have a cover on it. Not that I think a cover made by apeman would've made a difference as the battery cover flew off aswell.
Terrible quality

I got a new Apeman trail camera December 2024 which doesn't work. I sent emails to several apemans email addresses and received no response. The "warranty" and "support" described on their website are non-existent in reality, and I am left out of pocket.

I bought a the M4 mini projector used once or twice no it flashes at the bottom of the projection and is clearly faulty. Had it less than a month. I have contacted the customer service team took 2 weeks to reply but, they are sending me a new one free of charge.

J'ai reçu mon vidéoprojecteur sans aucun emballage et le coin était enfoncé. Le plus beau est qu'il s'agit de chinois caché derrière un site allemand, d'où l'utilisation de coupon remise (un classique chez eux). Aucune réponse à mes mails. Je déconseille fortement.

Bought the H40 starter model to record wildlife in garden, fairly easy to set up, however just out of warranty and has stopped working, think must have got a bit damp - English weather!! It’s a pity it can’t cope with rain. Not sure what to replace it with now

Bought an A79 action camera and it doesn't work. The camera won't accept the sd card. I've contacted Apeman several times and sent video evidence and they have failed to reply. Looks like £40 down the drain. Avoid at all costs.

Letzte Mail von denen war, ich soll weitere Fotos schicken, wenn das Paket von Ihrem! Transport beschädigt sei, würde ich 30 % erstattet bekommen.
Wenn gar nichts ist, würde ich sogar nur 15% bekommen. Und wer weiß, ob ich überhaupt was bekommen würde, wenn ich die Rezensionen hier lese.

I've never heard of apeman international until just now am looking through my paypal and there it is 3 seperate payments gone out and set up to take more what the ... cancelled and will speak with paypal.

Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne geben. Vorsicht vor dieser Firma. Sie vertreiben technisch minderwertige und defekte Geräte auch unter dem Namen Yoton.co!
Bei Kontakt zum Kundenservice kommt keine Antwort oder es wird zwar geantwortet aber nur unqualifiziert, man versucht es mit Hinhaltetaktik.

Sie sind Betrüger. Ohne mein Einverständnis haben sie mir jeden Monat 7€ per Paypal abgenommen. Ich habe nicht genau verstanden, was es ist, ich dachte, es wäre etwas, das ich monatlich in Raten bezahle. Ich verstehe es jetzt, aber leider ist der Schaden angerichtet. Bei vielen Unternehmen passiert etwas, wenn Sie ihr Profil eingeben, und ohne es zu wissen, werden Sie Abonnent. Genießen Sie Ihre künstliche Intelligenz... wir werden eines Tages aufwachen und keinen einzigen Euro auf der Bank haben.

Zwei Dual Dashcams C860 gekauft. Irgendwann merkten wir, zuerst in das eine Auto, dann in das zweite, dass die Cams nicht starten, nichts aufnehmen.
Eigenartigerweise sind beide nach nur 6 Monaten kaputt und zwar fast zeitgleich.
Die erste lädt nicht mehr, bei der zweiten ist das Display eingefroren, geht nichts an, nichts aus.
Eine Schande!
Aber selber schuld, wer chinesische kauft...die meisten Artikel aus China sind SCHROTT.

The clue is in the name 'Apeman', this is a monky company avoid like the plague.

I was given the Apeman C860 dual dashcam setup for Christmas, I got a professional installer to put it in and he had problems with the rear cable that came with it as it was shorting out and he advised me to contact the company.

This is their reply...

We are sorry that we have confirmed with the person in charge, and we no longer have rear camera cables in stock to send. And it is not possible to purchase rear camera cables separately for the time being.

SO NOT ONLY DO THEY ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT, THEY CAN NO LONGER SUPPLY A REPLACMENT CABLE. I AM LEFT WITH A PRODUCT THAT I CAN ONLY USE HALF OF!

AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY, THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME!!!
