Apex Bespoke Carpentry Ltd Opiniones

Beautiful shelves for my new home made bespoke and delivered really quickly with all fixings

First of all, the customer service with Apex has been one of the best I’ve ever received. In a climate of declining levels of customer service over the past few years, the level I got from Ashleigh at Apex is among the best I’ve ever had, thank you Ashleigh.

On to the airing cupboard shelves, the first order we had through were slightly damaged (by Royal Mail not handling the package correctly from the looks of it).
A quick message to Ashleigh and a replacement set was sent out promptly.

The quality of the shelves are fantastic, they fit exactly with the measurements I provided (watch the video they provide in order to get accurate measurements).

Very very happy with the shelves and very very happy with the exceptional customer service provided.

Apex will be my first port of call for the next house project I have that requires bespoke carpentry.

Shelves perfect, clear instructions, and quick delivery

Have bought the slatted shelves on 2 separate occasions and they are finished to a high standard. Good communication with Apex and great delivery service

Excellent service great air cupboard shelf happy customer and would definitely recommend.

Great shelves. Bought for airing cupboard. Quality is really good and the order arrived quickly.

It was easy to order and delivery.
Really pleased with the quality of the product and would be very confident in ordering anything in the future.
Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, they went above and beyond to make sure the order reached me at my convenience. The shelves themselves are excellent quality and come pre-drilled, so putting them up was super easy. I love my cupboard now, it looks so neat!

great shelfs

I placed an order over the Christmas/New year period and it was cancelled with no reason whatsoever. I sent an email querying it and got no response

Great quality and precision, arrived quickly and extremely well packaged.

I needed a storage solution for a narrow closet but nothing I looked at would fit.
I then came across this company and they offered shelving that would match the rest of the shelves in the closet and fit the measurements I needed. I liked their friendly personal service and the shelving is lovely. There was one slat that was loose but that is easily fixed.
The size is perfect and cannot wait to get them up but work on my roof has meant I have not had time yet. So glad I found this company.

Easy to order, arrived promptly, and well packaged with no defects or damage. Installation was really straightforward, and the quality of the product is great. This is the second time we've ordered custom measured slatted shelves for cupboards and they're robust and well made. The first ones have been in situ for almost 2 years and are just as solid as ever, even on flimsy stud walls like ours!

Good product. Responded well to special request for alternative brackets.
Quick delivery.

This was such a relief to found this I just moved into a new home and as a busy mum of two who likes to be organised this saved so much time and looked so tidy a organiser airing cupboard straight away was all put together and in within 1 hour

We asked for a certain measured shelves and that’s what we got, very impressive. As well as the shelves we got fixing wood and screws. All delivered in a well packed parcel delivered very quickly. Thank you for your good service.
