Great service from Aquaplanet - my paddleboard arrived a day early! Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Fantastic paddleboard at an incredible price. Lots of really well thought out elements to the design too. Only slight niggle is the free electric pump only pumps up to 16 psi and the board needs 18, but that's nothing to do with the board itself hence 5 stars.

2 stars due to good discounted price and quick delivery, HOWEVER….
Shocked at the lack of packaging. Literally an address sticker on the side of the product box - no box, no bag, not even taped closed.
I absolutely support minimising waste and unnecessary packaging, however surely items costing over £100 full price should be protected in the delivery process! Sadly there should also be an attempt to disguise what that item is to avoid theft. Ensuring a box is at least securely closed before shoving it in the mail is essential and far from “excess”.
Additionally, it was a gift and that Christmas surprise has been ruined as the recipient has picked it up from the front door.

I am so impressed with how Aqua planet has assisted me.
Firstly I had a mix up by accidently ordering the same item twice on an evening order and even though one of the items was in the post they pulled it out and cancelled it and refunded me. Secondly I had another mix up with my order and it was dealt with on the same day and I received the replacement quickly.

Easy online purchase, quick tracked delivery. Brilliant offer.

Great service and incredibly fast delivery

Ordered a complete SUP kit, electric pump, buoyancy aid and waist leash, they all arrived ahead of when I expected them. They were all very well packed and excellent items. It was definitely a five star service and I am looking forward to using them over the weekend.

Paddle board received and very pleased with quality. When raised an issue regarding the free electric pump it was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction.

It exploded. Burst at the seams. Super dangerous. We had it in the shade blown up ready to go and it exploded. The noise was insane and it was so lucky we were round the corner. We spoke to aquaplanet and it was out of warranty (by one year). But in all honestly I believe it shouldn’t happen at any time. They were so unhelpful in trying to resolve it - almost like they have a standard speech for this scenario. So disappointed and would never recommend.

Excellent quality boards at great prices, I’ve purchased 2 Aquaplanet SUP boards. My son and myself have had loads of fun on them this summer, both in the sea and freshwater lakes. Loving our father and son time, thank you Aquaplanet

I was bought a paddle board for my 60th from my gorgeous son. Had quite a few paddles but discovered that one of the seams had a tiny air-leak. I got in touch with Aquaplanetsports and they were amazing. These things happen and they were incredibly supportive and have sent me out a new one, even though they haven't received the leaky one. Very good customer service and I'm looking forward to years of paddle boarding to come. Thanks Aquaplanetsports. Allison

Not yet received. DPD were apparently expecting it 7 days ago, but no update since.

Great customer service which is everything when shopping online. The SUP seams great. Not had chance to use it yet. Well made and packed very well.
