Aquastream Water Softeners Ltd Opiniones

Aquastream are a local company who knew exactly where the water served to my home was sourced, why it was hard, how hard it was. There is no hard sell, just detailed info. They came and did a site survey which I was particularly keen on to know how the install would affect my new kitchen. I needed worry as the install was fantastically neat and we also had a 3 way tap installed to replace the kitchen tap. Now have confidence of aquastreams support if any issues occur.

Excellent service, the cartridges I ordered arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Great website too, it's easy to find what you want.

We have always had great service from Aquastream delivering our salt supplies. When our very old softener gave up we decided to use them to install a new Kinetico Water Softener.

The process to remove the old machine, vastly improve the plumbing connections and install the new one was carried out very professionally.

We now have very soft water and a much improved flow rate.

Thanks very much!

Have had two Kinetico Water Softeners since 1993 and needed a replacement for my 2007 model. Having carried-out extensive research and looked at other Brands I decided that Kinetico was again the sensible choice.

I spoke to many dealers all of whom appeared to propagate the usual ‘black-magic’ on pricing and specification that appears to pervade this industry; Aquastream were quite different.

They were very knowledgeable and offered sensible, extremely competitive pricing. The softener arrived in perfect condition on the delivery date and was up and running in no time…

Faultless service, faultless product…

Great service, good pricing.

They did what they say they would in the time they have told us. Clean and tidy installation with no effort from our side. We have now soft water in the house and, unexpectedly, we are more careful to not waste it.

Spot on. Easy to find the (right) part, order acknowledged and notified once shipped.

Was informed that some customers had experienced slight delay with Royal Mail, but it arrived in 2 days.

Very impressive, highly recommended.

This was something like the fourth time I ordered a replacement water filter from Aquastream - my current one having come to the end of its life. As always, first class service. It arrived swiftly and is happily in action.

This is the second time I have used Aquastream and I am happy to recommend their service. Reasonable price and quick delivery. Full marks

Very efficient and helpful company. I ordered just after Christmas and was advised that delivery may have been a bit delayed, but the replacement cartridge arrived the next day. And, when I had a problem fitting (my fault), a service engineer helped me sort it. Whoopee!

Aquastream were extremely efficient. They advised us on the best water softener to use and installed this. They had some awkward plumbing to achieve and we asked them to put in an extra mixer tap. All as quoted. We now have wonderful soft water. They were polite, professional and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

all good, delivered in good time

Excellent service. Gave informed advice and are clearly experts. Fitting was extremely professional. No hesitation in recommending
